The main objective of this study is to evaluate and rank the "Green Supply Chain Management" in the petrochemical industry, as well as identification of sub-indicators of these major dimensions as research sub-goals. Methodology: In order to achieve the goals and answer the research questions, this research has been done in two steps. In the first step, with the study of scientific literature and the opinions of environmental experts, green supply chain management, and petrochemical industry, the indicators affecting green supply chain management were identified based on the main dimensions extracted and the basis for the preparation of the first questionnaire. After collecting and analyzing the data and determining the mean of society and the importance of dimensions and indicators, four demensions among 5 and 11 indicators of 22 indices were selected. In the second step, the DEMATEL method was used to analyze the causal and causal factors and rank the effective dimensions and indicators. Results: The results indicate that the dimensions of society, organizational participation, the indicators of the formation of the working group, senior management support, community expectation from the company and environmental education and training have respectively the most importance and the most weight this industry. هدف پژوهش: مديريت زنجيره تأمين سبز تأثير شايان توجهي بر محيط‌زيست دارد که اساس آن بر يکپارچگي مديريت محيط‌زيست و مديريت زنجيره تأمين براي کنترل آثار زيست‌محيطي در چرخه عمر محصول به‌وسيله تسهيم اطلاعات و هماهنگي و همکاري تمام زنجيره تأمين است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی و رتبه‌بندی ابعاد «مدیریت زنجیره تأمین سبز» در صنعت پتروشیمی، و همچنین شناسایی زیر شاخص‌های این ابعاد اصلی به‌عنوان اهداف فرعی پژوهش است. متدلوژی/ روش‌شناسی: جهت تحقق اهداف و پاسخ به سؤال‌های پژوهش، این پژوهش در دو گام انجام شده است. در گام اول با مطالعه متون علمی و کسب نظر خبرگان آشنا به مسائل زیست‌محیطی، مديريت زنجيره تأمين سبز و صنعت پتروشیمی، شاخص‌های مؤثر بر مدیریت زنجیره تأمین سبز بر اساس ابعاد اصلی استخراج‌شده شناسایی و مبنای تهیه پرسشنامه اول قرار گرفت. پس از جمع‌آوری و تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها و تعیین میانگین جامعه و میزان اهمیت ابعاد و شاخص‌ها، 4 بُعد از میان 5 بُعد و 11 شاخص از 22 شاخص انتخاب شد. در گام دوم از روش دیمتل به منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل علی و معلولی و رتبه‌بندی ابعاد و شاخص‌های مؤثر استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش: نتایج نشان‌دهنده آن است که ابعاد جامعه و مشارکت سازمانی و شاخص‌های تشكیل کارگروه، پشتیبانی مدیریت ارشد، انتظار جامعه از شرکت و آموزش و تربیت زیست‌محیطی به ترتیب بیش‌ترین وزن و بالاترین اهمیت را در این صنعت دارند. http://roshdefanavari.ir/fa/Article/Download/20806
