The purpose of this study is to identify and rank the factors affecting the acceptance of information technology in public sector organizations during the Corona virus epidemic in order to provide better services and products without face-to-face referral to the clients / customers. In this resech, which is based on a combined approach, we use the existing information and documents as data. The statistical population of the study is 10 governmental organizations located in Alborz province.. In this article, in addition to introducing the proposed models for information technology acceptance and their classification, the effective factors in accepting new information technology in the studied government organizations to provide better services and products with the combined approach of transnational and Shannon entropy have been studied and identified. In this paper to determine these factors after identifying and introducing the types of existing models; Concepts, dimensions and indicators of the research have been extracted using the meta-combination method and ranked using the Shannon entropy method. The research results indicate that cooperation and coordination, environmental factors in technology acceptance, organizational factors, managerial factors, and human capital factors are in the first to fifth places respectively. امروزه پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات جدید، یکی از موارد چالشی در سازمان‌ها به‌ویژه سازمان‎‌های دولتی می‌باشد که کمتر مورد توجه است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات در سازمان‌های دولتی در ایام همه‌گیری ویروس کرونا در جهت ارائه بهتر خدمات و محصولات بدون مراجعه حضوری به ارباب‌رجوع/ مشتریان می‌باشد. اين تحقيق از نظر هدف کاربردي و از نظر روش گردآوري داده‌ها از نوع استفاده از اطلاعات و مدارک موجود بوده و مبتني بر رویکرد ترکیبی است. در این مقاله ضمن معرفی اجمالی مدل‌های ارائه شده برای پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات و طبقه‌بندی آن‌ها، عوامل مؤثر در پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات جدید در سازمان‌های دولتی مورد مطالعه جهت ارائه خدمات و محصولات بهتر با رویکرد ترکیبی فراتلفیق و آنتروپی شانون بررسی و شناسایی شده است. در این مقاله جهت تعیین این عوامل پس از شناسایی و معرفی انواع مدل‌های موجود؛ مفاهیم، ابعاد و شاخص‌های تحقیق با استفاده از روش فراتلفیق استخراج و با استفاده از روش آنتروپی شانون رتبه‌بندی شده‌اند که نتایج پژوهش حاکی از این است که همکاری و هماهنگی در رتبه اول، عوامل محیطی پذیرش فناوری در رتبه دوم، عوامل سازمانی در رتبه سوم، عوامل مدیریتی در رتبه چهارم و عوامل سرمایه انسانی در رتبه پنجم قرار می‌گیرند. عوامل کلیدی؛ فناوری اطلاعات؛ سازمان‌های دولتی؛ کووید 19؛ روش فراتلفیق؛ آنتروپی شانون. http://roshdefanavari.ir/fa/Article/Download/20972
