The connection between industry and university leads to effective use of scientific capabilities of university and facilities and experience of industry. This relation is more effective when industry and university are aware of each other's capabilities and needs in order to have an effective and goal-oriented cooperation. The aim of this research is to use educational and research services of university to find necessary solutions and technical requirements to recognize the needs of electricity industry as one of the most important infrastructure industries of the country and also the degree of importance and priority of each necessity be determined. First by interviewing electricity industry elites, needs of electricity industry were determined and technical requirements for meeting those needs were exploited. Then the relation between necessities and requirements was determined by the means of QFD matrix. After that the requirements which had the most relation with necessities were declared. These solutions were sorted by the Analytic Hierarchy Process technique. The results showed that the most important needs of the electrical industry are "specialist human resources in the field of electrical engineering" and "availability of academic staff in the field of electrical engineering. چکیده: پیشرفت و توسعه یک کشور مستلزم استفاده حداکثری از ظرفیت‌ها و توانمندی‌های آن است. ارتباط بین صنعت و دانشگاه باعث استفاده موثر از توانایی‌های علمی دانشگاه و امکانات و تجربه صنعت می‌شود. این ارتباط هنگامی کارامدتر است که صنعت و دانشگاه از توانمندی‌ها و همچنین نیازهای یکدیگر اطلاع کافی را داشته باشند تا بتوانند هدفمندتر و با برنامه‌ریزی بهتری به همکاری با هم مبادرت ورزند. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی نیازهای صنعت برق به عنوان یکی از صنایع زیر بنایی و مهم و پرهزینه کشور از خدمات آموزشی و پژوهشی دانشگاه، الزامات فنی و راهکارهای مورد نیاز برای پاسخگویی به این نیازها در دانشگاه می‌باشد. در این راستا ابتدا از طریق مصاحبه با خبرگان صنعت برق، نیازهای صنعت برق از دانشگاه شناسایی و الزامات فنی برای پاسخگویی به این نیازها توسط اساتید دانشگاهی و خبرگان استخراج شد. سپس از طریق ماتریس QFD ارتباط بین نیازها و الزامات مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و با مشخص شدن الزاماتی که بیشترین ارتباط را با نیازها دارا می باشند این راهکارها برای هر نیاز بصورت جداگانه با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل سلسله مراتبی رتبه‌بندی شدند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد مهمترین نیازهای صنعت برق عبارت از «نیروی انسانی متخصص در حوزه صنعت برق» و «در دسترس بودن افراد دانشگاهی فعال در زمینه صنعت برق » می‌باشد. http://jiu.ir/fa/Article/Download/215
