Therefore, the present study aims to analyze cognitive technology criteria to find examples to communicate with management concepts. Based on this, initially, using the opinions of experts, the weight related to cognitive technology criteria was obtained through Shannon entropy; then the components of cognitive technology were studied and analyzed using bipolar fuzzy electrode method. The results show that the components of "skills and abilities", "storage, retrieval and use" and "encouragement" are superior to other components, which shows the importance of neuroscience and cognitive defense approaches. Considering that perceptual and behavioral metrics can be used in a business-oriented perspective, cognitive science and technology can enhance performance by influencing concepts related to the soft aspects of management. Cognitive management seeks to explain how to achieve the ultimate goals of each of the additional management based on science, principles and cognitive approaches based on leadership and strategic management with cognitive approach, management of organizational behavior and human characteristics with cognitive approach, marketing management and Branding is focused with a cognitive approach.</p> <p>علوم شناختی به همراه فناوری نانو، فناوری زیستی، فناوری ارتباطات به&zwnj;عنوان علوم و فناوری&zwnj;های نوظهور، با ارتقای عملکردهای ذهنی و جسمی انسان می&zwnj;تواند نقطه پرتابی برای صنایع در صنعت 4 باشد. از این&zwnj;رو مطالعه حاضر با هدف تحلیل معیارهای فناوری شناختی درصدد یافتن مصادیقی برای برقراری ارتباط با مفاهیم مدیریت است. بر این اساس در ابتدا با استفاده از نظرات خبرگان وزن مربوط به معیارهای فناوری شناختی از طریق آنتروپی شانون بدست آمد؛ سپس با استفاده از روش الکتره فازی بایپولار مؤلفه&zwnj;های فناوری شناختی مورد بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان می&zwnj;دهد که مؤلفه&zwnj;های «مهارت&zwnj;ها و توانایی&zwnj;ها»، «ذخیره، &zwnj;بازیابی و استفاده» و «تشویق و ترغیب» نسبت سایر مؤلفه&zwnj;ها برتری دارند که نشان از اهمیت رویکردهای علم اعصاب شناختی و علوم دفاع شناختی می&zwnj;دهد. با توجه به آنکه معیارهای ادراکی و رفتاری می&zwnj;تواند در نگاه کسب&zwnj;وکار محور مورد استفاده قرار گیرد لذا علوم و فناوری شناختی با اثرگذاری بر مفاهیم مرتبط با جنبه&zwnj;های نرم مدیریت بر عملکرد می&zwnj;افزاید. مدیریت شناختی به دنبال تبیین چگونگی تحقق اهداف غایی هر یک از مدیریت&zwnj;های مضاف بر&zwnj;اساس علوم، مبانی و رویکردهای شناختی است که بر رهبری و مدیریت راهبردی با رویکرد شناختی، و مدیریت رفتار سازمانی و سرمایه&zwnj;های انسانی با رویکرد شناختی متمرکز است.</p>
