Currently, these Districts are not only a center of innovation, business and research, but also become a connection point for recreational, cultural and social activities. However, the different dimensions of innovation District are an understudied and ambiguous area of knowledge. The purpose of this study is to frame the Pardis innovation District and provide a conceptual model of it. Identifying the different characteristics of innovation Districts and providing a summary is one of the other goals of this research. Also, answering the important question of how to create and expand innovation Districts is one of the goals of this research. The data collection method of the current research is to use the systematic review method. In this research, 10 sources were examined as final sources with the aim of answering the main question of this research. Also, all kinds of definitions and concepts of the innovation District were examined. In the next step, the concept of the innovation District was extracted according to its existential philosophy, the study and the initial conceptual model of the Pardis innovation District. This conceptual model, which includes the dimensions, components and indicators of the Pardis innovation District, was approved by the experts and after making some corrections and ranking the categories, it took its final form. This study describes planning and design policies to improve participation and collaboration in innovation Districts.</p> <p>مناطق نوآوری در حال افزایش و گسترش هستند. در حال حاضر این مناطق نه تنها یک مرکز نوآوری، تجارت، تحقیق و آموزش هستند، بلکه تبدیل به یک نقطه اتصال برای فعالیت&zwnj;های تفریحی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی شده&zwnj;اند. با این حال، ابعاد مختلف مناطق نوآوری، حوزه&zwnj;ای از دانش است که چندان مورد مطالعه قرار نگرفته و دارای ابهام است. هدف این مطالعه چارچوب&zwnj;بندی منطقه نوآوری پردیس و ارائه یک مدل مفهومی از آن است. شناسایی ویژگی&zwnj;های مختلف مناطق نوآوری و ارائه یک جمع&zwnj;بندی از آن از دیگر اهداف این پژوهش است. همچنین پاسخ به این سوال مهم که چگونه می&zwnj;توان مناطق نوآوری را ایجاد نمود و گسترش داد نیز از اهداف پژوهش حاضر است. شیوۀ گردآوری داده&zwnj;های پژوهش حاضر استفاده از روش مرور نظام&zwnj;مند است. در این پژوهش 10 منبع به عنوان منابع نهایی با هدف پاسخگویی به عنوان اصلی این پژوهش بررسی شدند. همچنین برای انجام این پژوهش انواع تعاریف و مفاهیم منطقه نوآوری بررسی شد. در گام بعدی، مفهوم منطقه نوآوری با توجه به فلسفه وجودی آن، مطالعه و الگوی مفهومی اولیه منطقه نوآوری پردیس استخراج شد. این الگوی مفهومی که شامل ابعاد، مؤلفه&zwnj;ها و شاخص&zwnj;های منطقه نوآوری پردیس است، به نظر خبرگان این حوزه رسید و پس از انجام برخی اصلاحات و رتبه&zwnj;بندی مقوله&zwnj;ها، صورت نهایی به خود گرفت. این مطالعه سیاست&zwnj;های برنامه&zwnj;ریزی و طراحی را برای بهبود مشارکت و همکاری در مناطق نوآوری توصیف می&zwnj;کند. این طبقه&zwnj;بندی و چارچوب مفهومی، ورودی&zwnj;های مهمی برای توسعه یک چارچوب گونه&zwnj;شناسی کل&zwnj;نگرانه را برای مناطق نوآوری نوین ارائه می&zwnj;دهد که به سیاست&zwnj;گذاری، برنامه&zwnj;ریزی و فرآیندهای آتی کمک خواهد کرد.</p> http://roshdefanavari.ir/fa/Article/Download/45362
