Due to the fact that, the aim of this research is providing a framework for improving the processes. This research is practical in terms of purpose and is descriptive-exploratory in terms of method. In this researchthe intended processes have been investigated via interview, and mapped by using the standard language of models and symbols of the business process (BPMN.2) and Visual software paradigm. In the next stage, after extracting the existing problems, they were drawn up in the form of cause and effect diagram through interviewing with managers and experts.. Then, the solutions were extracted through the open questionnaire. The solutions were completed in a few steps using the Delphi method. Subsequently, the design of the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Quality house Table were developed. The weight of the problems and solutions was obtained by the completion of the questionnaire by the company's experts. Finally, the processes were analyzed by extracting the evaluation indicators and improve suggestions have been proposed. امروزه تقریباً تمامی شرکت‌ها و سازمان‌های بزرگ، به اهمیت موضوع بهبود فرآیندها (IM ) پی برده‌اند و تجربه مشاوره در این زمینه را داشته یا در آغاز این راهند. به همین جهت مقاله‌ای در حوزه مدیریت فرآیندها و با هدف ارائه چارچوبی جهت اصلاح و بهبود فرآیندهای شرکت موردمطالعه به انجام رسید. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری اطلاعات از نوع توصیفی اکتشافی بوده است. در این پژوهش، با بهره‌گیری از مشاهده و مصاحبه، فرآیندهای جاری جامعه موردمطالعه، بررسی و با استفاده از زبان استاندارد مدل‌ها و نمادهای فرآیند کسب‌وکار (BPMN.2 ) و نرم‌افزار ویژوآل پارادایم ترسیم گردیدند. در مرحله بعد مشکلات موجود پس از استخراج از طریق مصاحبه با مدیران و کارشناسان شرکت موردتحقیق که قبلاً از مشتریان خود دریافت کرده بودند، در قالب نمودار علت‌ومعلول رسم شدند. سپس به استخراج راه‌حل‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه باز پرداخته شد. راه‌حل‌ها طی چند مرحله به روش دلفی تکمیل گردیدند. در ادامه به طراحی پرسشنامه تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی فازی (AHP ) و جدول خانه کیفیت پرداخته شد که با تکمیل آن‌ها توسط خبرگان شرکت، وزن نهایی مشکلات و راه‌حل‌ها به دست آمد. در نهایت با استخراج شاخص‌های ارزیابی به تجزیه‌وتحلیل فرآیندها پرداخته شد و پیشنهادهای اصلاح و بهبود در مدل فرآیندها پیاده شد و پژوهش به پایان رسید. اصلاح فرآیند بهبود فرآیند QFD تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره BPMN.2 http://modiriyatfarda.ir/ar/Article/Download/26317
