The statistical population of this study consists of Asia Rail Transport Company users. The sampling method for distributing the questionnaire in this study was random, and a sample size of 134 employees was selected using Cochran's formula. The required information for this study was obtained through a standardized questionnaire, the validity of which was confirmed using convergent and divergent validity and composite reliability confirmed by the Cronbach's alpha. The results of the Cronbach's alpha test indicated high reliability of the questionnaire. The analysis of this research was performed using PLS software, and inferential statistics were used for structural equation modeling tests. The results of the tests showed that perceived ease of use significantly influences perceived usefulness of blockchain technology. Additionally, the perceived ease of use has a significant impact on attitude towards the use of blockchain technology, and the perceived usefulness has a significant impact on attitude toward the use of blockchain technology. Other results showed that attitude towards behavioral intention to use blockchain technology has a significant influence, and perceived usefulness has a significant impact on behavioral intention to use blockchain technology. Based on the research results, it is recommended that companies, considering the factors affecting the acceptance of blockchain technology in the supply chain, take necessary actions during planning to familiarize and educate employees on the use of blockchain technology.</p> <p>فناوری بلاکچین یک فناوری جدید و نوظهور است که از طریق بهبود در قابلیت ردیابی، سرعت، شفافیت و امنیت، نقش درخور توجهی را در ارتقای عملکرد زنجیرۀ تأمین ایفا می&zwnj;کند. هدف این پژوهش بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر پذیرش فناوری بلاکچین در زنجیره تأمین می&zwnj;باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شرکت حمل و نقل ریلی آسیا سیر ارس می&zwnj;باشند. تعداد 134 نفر از کارکنان با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به&zwnj;عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شده است. نتایج حاصل از بررسی آلفا کرونباخ حاکی از پایایی بالای پرسشنامه است. تجزیه و تحلیل حاصل از این پژوهش با استفاده از نرم&zwnj;افزار PLS انجام شد و در بخش آمار استنباطی از آزمون&zwnj;های معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از آزمون نشان داد که سهولت استفاده ادراک&zwnj;شده بر سودمندی ادراک&zwnj;شده از فناوری بلاکچین تأثیر معناداری دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که سهولت استفاده ادراک&zwnj;شده بر نگرش نسبت به استفاده از فناوری بلاکچین تأثیر معناداری دارد و سودمندی ادراک&zwnj;شده بر نگرش نسبت به استفاده از فناوری بلاکچین تأثیر معناداری دارد. سایر نتایج نشان داد که نگرش بر قصد رفتاری برای استفاده از فناوری بلاکچین تأثیر معناداری دارد و سودمندی ادراک&zwnj;شده بر قصد رفتاری برای استفاده از فناوری بلاکچین تأثیر معناداری دارد. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش به شرکت&zwnj;ها توصیه می&zwnj;شود با توجه به عوامل مؤثر بر پذیرش فناوری بلاکچین در زنجیره تأمین، در زمان برنامه&zwnj;ریزی برای استفاده از بلاکچین در جهت آشنایی و آموزش کارکنان اقدامات لازم مبذول دارند.</p> http://roshdefanavari.ir/ar/Article/Download/44971
