Paying attention to health is one of the areas of sustainable development in countries. The existence of various issues and challenges in the fields of health and treatment can become a reason for the development of the Internet of Things and the foundation for achieving sustainable development in three economic, social and environmental dimensions. In this regard, in order to collect and analyze data from the research strategy, theories were developed with an emergent approach based on Strauss and Corbin's coding processes. In this way, the conceptual model of the research "Development of Internet of Things technology in the field of health and treatment issues in order to achieve the goals of sustainable development" was presented. According to the analysis of the findings, the strategies of the Internet of Things in the field of health and treatment can lead to more comfort and convenience for the elderly and increase their lifespan. which corresponds to the social dimension of sustainable development. Also, this technology is used in various medical fields, such as remote patient care system, emergency warning system, fitness programs, chronic diseases and elderly care. The analysis of research data shows that the implementation of Internet of Things to improve health and treatment will have a great effect on increasing the level of life satisfaction among citizens.    این مقاله با بررسی توسعه فناوری اینترنت&zwnj;اشیاء در حوزه مسائل سلامت و درمان ، در جهت تحقق اهداف توسعه&zwnj;پایدار انجام&zwnj;شده است.توجه به سلامت يكي از زمينه&zwnj;هاي توسعة پايدار در كشورهاست. وجود مسائل و چالش&zwnj;های مختلف در حوزه&zwnj;های سلامت و درمان می&zwnj;تواند دلیلی برای توسعه اینترنت&zwnj;اشیاء و زمینه&zwnj;ساز دستیابی به توسعه&zwnj;پایدار در سه بعد اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست&zwnj;محیطی شود. در این راستا، به&zwnj;منظور گردآوری و تحلیل داده&zwnj;ها از استراتژی پژوهش رویش نظریه&zwnj;ها با رویکرد ظاهرشونده بهره گرفته شد . تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها مبتنی بر فرآیند&zwnj;های کدگذاری استراوس و کوربین  صورت گرفت. به&zwnj;این&zwnj;ترتیب، مدل مفهومی پژوهش « توسعه فناوری اینترنت&zwnj;اشیاء در حوزه مسائل سلامت و درمان در جهت تحقق اهداف توسعه&zwnj;پایدار» ارائه شد.طبق تحلیل یافته&zwnj;ها، راهبردهای اینترنت&zwnj;اشیاء در حوزه سلامت و درمان، می&zwnj;تواند منجر به&zwnj;راحتی و آسایش بیشتر برای سالمندان و افزایش طول عمر آن&zwnj;ها شود که با بعد اجتماعی توسعه&zwnj;پایدار تناظر دارد. هم چنین این فناوری در زمینه&zwnj;های مختلف پزشکی ازجمله سیستم مراقبت از راه دور بیماران، سیستم هشداردهنده موارد اورژانسی، برنامه&zwnj;های تناسب&zwnj;اندام، بیماری&zwnj;های مزمن و مراقبت از افراد سالمند مورداستفاده قرار می&zwnj;گیرد. تحلیل داده&zwnj;های پژوهش نشان می دهد که پیاده&zwnj;سازی اینترنت&zwnj;اشیاء در جهت بهبود سلامت و درمان تأثیر زیادی در جهت افزایش میزان رضایت از زندگی در بین شهروندان خواهد داشت.
