The Science; The Endless Frontier is the USA policy with a special focus on basic sciences, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). Given the advances of the USA science institution and innovation ecosystem in the political, economic, social, cultural and national and international technological fields, productive learning from the science policies of the country can be a guide in science policymaking, especially in STEM. The article was conducted using the qualitative content analysis method of the final report of the National Conference on the Study of the document of Science; The Endless Frontier. The conference was held in partnership with the National Academy of Sciences, the Kavli and Sloan Foundations, with the participation of 300 scientific, business and philanthropic leaders and senior managers, with the aim of analyzing the current situation and mapping the future of the science institution with a realistic and holistic approach. Based on the principles and statements of the document of Science; the Endless Frontier of achievements of the USA in the political, economic, social, cultural and technological fields and national and international has been noteworthy in the past eight decades. In the article, fifty useful policy statements have been extracted in Iran's science and innovation policymaking. The science and innovation leaders and policymakers should strive to formulate and apply an appropriate combination of the fifty policy statements presented in the article in order to improve the innovation ecosystem and the comprehensive progress of society, including all people, all regions, and all fields</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">هدف این مقاله، بهینه&zwnj;کاوی و استخراج آموزه&zwnj;های گزارش نهایی واکاوی سند علم؛ مرز بی&zwnj;انتها به&zwnj;منظور یادگیری مولّد از سیاست علم ایالات متحده برای سیاست&zwnj;گذاری&zwnj;های علم و نوآوری در ایران در افق بلندمدت است. سند علم؛ مرز بی&zwnj;انتها سیاست بلندمدت علم یالات متحده با تمرکز بر علوم پایه، فناوری، مهندسی و ریاضیات است. با توجه &zwnj;به پیشرفت&zwnj;های علمی این کشور در حوزه&zwnj;های سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و فناوری ملی و بین&zwnj;المللی، یادگیری از سیاست&zwnj;های علمی آن می&zwnj;تواند در سیاست&zwnj;گذاری علم و نوآوری به&zwnj;ویژه علوم پایه، فناوری، مهندسی و ریاضیات، مرزشکن و راهگشا باشد. در این مقاله، با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی، گزارش نهایی همایش واکاوی سند علم؛ مرز بی&zwnj;انتها که با مشارکت فرهنگستان ملی علوم، بنیاد کاولی و بنیاد اسلوان با حضور 300 رهبر و مدیر ارشد علمی و تجاری و خیّر با هدف بررسی وضعیت و ترسیم آینده نهاد علم با رویکرد واقع&zwnj;گرا و کُل&zwnj;نگر، برگزار شده، واکاوی و تحلیل شده است. برمبنای گزاره&zwnj;های سند علم؛ مرز بی&zwnj;انتها دستاوردهای ایالات متحده در عرصه&zwnj;های سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و فناوری ملی و بین&zwnj;المللی، در هشت دهه گذشته دست&zwnj;کم در علم و قدرت مطلق، قابل &zwnj;اعتنا است. در این مقاله، پنجاه گزارۀ سیاستی مؤثر در سیاست&zwnj;گذاری علم و نوآوری استخراج شده است. به&zwnj;منظور تعالی و تقویت زیست&zwnj;بوم نوآوری و پیشرفت همه&zwnj;جانبه کشور شامل همه مردم، همه مناطق و همه عرصه&zwnj;ها، انتظار می&zwnj;رود سیاست&zwnj;گذاران علم و نوآوری ترکیب مناسبی از پنجاه گزارۀ سیاستی ارائه&zwnj;شده در این مقاله را در یک فرایند مشارکتی، فراگیر و کُل&zwnj;نگر، گُلچین و به&zwnj;کار گیرند.</p> http://journalie.ir/ar/Article/Download/49014
