And determines the performance of the company. . -Pymayshy Descriptive research and data gathering instrument was a questionnaire which its validity with the judgment of experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha and SPSS software. Due to the limited population of the study, the total number method is used to rank the factors affecting the management of research and development in Pars Khodro Company of paired comparisons with ANP techniques using software is used SUPER DECISIONS. The results obtained from the software indicates that financial factors were ranked first and managerial factors responsible for learning and innovation, technological platforms, operating commercial, technical factors, the operating system have won the next rank. این پژوهش با مدل توسعه‌یافته‌ای در 8 عامل مدیریت تحقیق و توسعه به بررسی و تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر مدیریت تحقیق و توسعه شرکت پارس‌خودرو می بپردازد . و عملکرد شرکت را مشخص می‌کند. روش پژوهش توصیفی –پیمایشی بوده و ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه بوده است که روایی آن با قضاوت خبرگان و پایایی آن با الفای کرونباخ و نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تائید قرار گرفت .با توجه به محدود بودن جامعه آماری پژوهش ، از روش کل شماری استفاده‌شده است از سوی دیگر برای رتبه‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر مدیریت تحقیق و توسعه در شرکت پارس‌خودرو از مقایسات زوجی با تکنیک ANP با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SUPER DECISIONS استفاده نموده است .نتایج حاصل از خروجی نرم‌افزار نشان‌دهنده آن است که عامل مالی رتبه اول و به ترتیب عامل مدیریتی، عامل یادگیری و نوآوری ، عامل تکنولوژیکی ، عامل تجاری‌سازی ، عامل فنی و مهندسی ، عامل سیستمی رتبه‌های بعدی را کسب نموده‌اند . http://roshdefanavari.ir/en/Article/Download/20430
