One of the vital resources of organizations is their potential and actual knowledge. In this regard, management of these resources is also very important. During recent decades, most of organizations have realized this importance and have implemented agile knowledge management in organization in pursuit of their goals. But many of these projects have failed due to various reasons. In this research, the researcher has tried to identify the guiding principles that will help the successful implementation of agile knowledge management at the growth centre of technician and knowledge based units at Imam Hossein comprehensive University. The statistical population of the study includes all the professors of the growth Centre of Technician and Knowledge based Units of the Imam Hossein comprehensive University. This research has two steps. Initially, using the review and analysis of the related research, the principles of agile knowledge management were extracted and identified. In the second step, the Delphi method was used to identify and rank the principles of agile knowledge management at the growth centre of technician and knowledge based units of Imam Hossein comprehensive University. Based on panel members' comments and the results, the 25 principles with the Kendall coefficient of 0.809 were obtained by consensus among the experts. Generalizing the comments of the experts, the guiding principles for the implementation of agile knowledge management ware developed and ranked. امروزه سازمانها براي موفقيت در حوزه رقابت، ميبايست به استفاده استراتژيك از منابع خود بپردازند. يكي از منابع بسيار حياتي سازمانها، دانش بالقوه و بالفعل آنهاست. در اين راستا نيز مديريت نمودن درست اين منابع بسيار اهميت دارد. در دهههاي اخير اكثر سازمانها به اين اهميت پي برده و به پياده‌سازي مديريت دانش چابک در راستاي تحقق اهداف خود در سازمان رو آورده‌اند. اما بسياري از اين پروژهها به دلايل مختلف با شكست مواجه شده است. پژوهشگر در اين پژوهش تلاش نموده است به شناسايي اصول راهنمايي بپردازد كه به پياده‌سازي موفقيت‌آميز مديريت دانش چابک در مرکز رشد واحدهای فناور و دانش‌بنیان دانشگاه جامع امام حسین (ع) كمك كند. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه متخصصان مرکز رشد واحدهای فناور و دانش‌بنیان دانشگاه جامع امام حسین (ع) می‌باشد. این پژوهش شامل دو مرحله است. در ابتدا با استفاده از مرور و تحلیل پژوهش‌های مرتبط اصول مدیریت دانش چابک استخراج و شناسایی گردید. در مرحله دوم، از روش دلفی به منظور شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی اصول مدیریت دانش چابک در مرکز رشد واحدهای فناور و دانش‌بنیان دانشگاه جامع امام حسین (ع) استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج حاصل و نظر اعضای پانل، تعداد 25 اصل با مقدار ضریب کندال 0.809 بین صاحب‌نظران اجماع و اتفاق‌نظر حاصل شد. با جمع‌بندی نظرات خبرگان اصول راهنمای پیاده‌سازی مدیریت دانش چابک تدوین و رتبه‌بندی ارائه گردید. http://modiriyatfarda.ir/en/Article/Download/26193
