Therefore, most of the advanced economies in the world, the concept of industry 4.0 or emerging and related technologies related to it in their national policies and programs and prepare plans, national plans, development roadmaps and capital Have made extensive transitions. This article is a qualitative study with a descriptive-analytical approach and aims to comparatively study the future industrial plans and programs of the three countries of Japan, India and Malaysia in order to optimize and extract key findings for the industrial development of the country.First, the new industrial trend and new industrial paradigm of the future, ie the fourth industrial revolution, is briefly introduced, and then the macro plans for the development of the future industry of the three selected countries in the face of this revolution, including Japan (fifth community and related industries), Malaysia (leading industry). And India (Made in India) is briefly introduced and finally, by document analysis and comparative study of these images, the most important key findings, implications, lessons and teachings for government, academia and industry are presented. It is necessary for our dear country, with a deep understanding and understanding of the dimensions of this revolution, to face these developments intelligently, because the fate of the countries that lag behind in this field is humiliation and colonialism. مواجهه هوشمندانه با انقلاب چهارم صنعتی و بهره‌گیری از قابلیت‌ها و فرصت‌های ناشی از آن جهت دستیابی به صنعت پیشرفته و هوشمند آینده از دغدغه ‏های مهم و جدی کشورهای توسعه یافته و درحال توسعه در جهان است. از این‌رو اغلب اقتصادهای پیشرفته در دنیا، مفهوم صنعت 4.0 یا فناوری‌های نوظهور و بنیان‌کن مرتبط با آن را در سیاست‌ها و برنامه‌های ملی خود ‏لحاظ و اقدام به تهیه طرح‏ها، برنامه ‏های کلان ملی، نقشه‏های راه توسعه و سرمایه‏ گذاری گسترده نموده‏اند. این مقاله یک مطالعه از نوع کیفی با رویکرد توصیفی- تحلیلی و با هدف بررسی تطبیقی طرح‏ها و برنامه‌های کلان صنعت آیندهِ سه کشور ژاپن، هند و مالزی به منظور بهینه ‏کاوی و استخراج یافته‌های کلیدی برای توسعه صنعتی کشور است. در ابتدا به اجمال کلان روند و پارادایم صنعتی نوین آینده یعنی انقلاب چهارم صنعتی معرفی شده و سپس طرح‏های کلان توسعه صنعت آینده سه کشور منتخب در مواجهه با این انقلاب شامل کشورهای ژاپن(جامعه پنجم و صنایع متصل )، مالزی(صنعت پیشتاز ) و هند(ساخت در هند ) به اجمال معرفی و در نهایت با تحلیل اسنادی و بررسی تطبیقی این تصاویر، مهم‌ترین یافته‏های کلیدی، دلالت‏ها، درس‏ها و آموزه ‏ها برای برای دولت، دانشگاه و صنعت ارائه شده است. لازم است کشور عزیزمان با فهم عمیق و درک ابعاد این انقلاب، مواجهه هوشمندانه‏ ای با این تحولات داشته چرا که سرنوشت کشورهایی که در این زمینه عقب بیافتند ذلت و استعمارزدگی است. http://jiu.ir/en/Article/Download/34090
