(Case study: Defense industrial organizations). In order to examine and present the model, a proposed model for defense industrial organizations was first presented through a library and field study.<br /><br />Methodology: In this applied research, data were collected using a standardized questionnaire of 26 questions and then analyzed. In the first stage, the questionnaire was designed and compiled and evaluated and finally approved by a group of experts to obtain content validity. Then, in the second and final stage, the questionnaire was distributed among 30 heads of crisis management and passive defense units; these people were members of the industry crisis committee and played a key role in the production process. Those who were part of the industry crisis committee and had main and fundamental roles in production were distributed. The data extracted from the questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS software. In the descriptive statistics section, tables and graphs of each section were drawn, and in the inferential statistics section, they were examined using the t-test statistical test.<br /><br />Findings: The results of the t-test analysis showed that questions twelve and fifteen of the questionnaire will be removed from the proposed model because the respondents did not consider the presence of the aforementioned items necessary. This removal seems logical and is probably due to the lack of necessary functionality or the lack of compliance of these components with the emergency conditions and requirements of the defense industrial organizations under study. On the other hand, the results of the t-test analysis showed that questions one to eleven, thirteen, and fourteen, as well as questions sixteen to twenty-six, will remain in the proposed model.<br /><br />Conclusion: The main components of the optimal crisis management model for the continuation of post-incident activities in defense industrial organizations include five main dimensions, which include priority, areas of preparedness, communication and information technology management, resources and resource management, command and management, and continuity and continuity of post-incident activities, respectively.</p> <p><strong>هدف:</strong> این پژوهش با هدف ارائه یک الگوی بهینه مدیریت بحران جهت استمرار فعالیت پس از حادثه. (مطالعه موردی: سازمان&shy;های صنعتی دفاعی) می&shy;باشد. جهت بررسی و ارائه الگو نیز ابتدا با مطالعه کتابخانه&shy;ای و میدانی یک الگوی پیشنهادی جهت سازمان&shy;های صنعتی دفاعی ارائه گردید.</p> <p><strong>روش شناسی:</strong> در این پژوهش کاربردی، داده ها با استفاده از یک پرسشنامه هنجار شده 26 سئوالی گردآوری و سپس تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. در مرحله نخست، پرسشنامه طراحی و تدوین و برای کسب روایی محتوایی، توسط گروهی از خبرگان مورد ارزیابی و تأیید نهایی قرار گرفت. سپس در مرحله دوم و نهایی، پرسشنامه بین 30 نفر از روسای واحدهای مدیریت بحران و پدافندغیرعامل توزیع شد؛ این افراد اعضای کمیته بحران صنعت بوده و نقشی کلیدی در فرایند تولید ایفا می&zwnj;کردند. که جزء کمیته بحران صنعت بوده و در تولید، نقش های اصلی و اساسی را داشتند توزیع شد. داده های استخراج شده از پرسشنامه با استفاده از نرم افزار spss مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. در بخش آمار توصیفی، &nbsp;جداول و نمودارهای هر کدام از قسمت&shy;ها ترسیم شدند و در بخش آمار استنباطی، با استفاده از آزمون آماری تی تست مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.</p> <p><strong>یافته&zwnj;ها:</strong> نتایج تحلیل تی تست نشان داد که سوالات دوازده و پانزده پرسشنامه از الگوی پیشنهادی حذف خواهند شد زیرا پاسخ دهندگان حضور موارد مذکور را ضروری ندانسته اند. این حذف، منطقی به نظر می&zwnj;رسد و احتمالاً ناشی از عدم کارکرد لازم یا عدم انطباق این مؤلفه&zwnj;ها با شرایط و الزامات اضطراری سازمان&zwnj;های صنعتی دفاعی مورد مطالعه است. از سوی دیگر، نتایج تحلیل تی تست نشان داد که سوالات اول تا یازده و سیزده و چهارده و همچنین سوالات شانزده تا بیست و شش در الگوی پیشنهادی باقی خواهند ماند.</p> <p><strong>نتیجه&zwnj;گیری</strong>: اجزای اصلی الگوی بهینه مدیریت بحران جهت استمرار فعالیت پس از حادثه در سازمان&zwnj;های صنعتی دفاعی، شامل پنج بعد اصلی است که به ترتیب اولویت، حوزه&shy;های آمادگی، مدیریت فناوری ارتباطات و اطلاعات، منابع و مدیریت منابع، فرماندهی و مدیریت، استمرار و تداوم فعالیت پس از حادثه را در بر می&zwnj;گیرد.</p> http://modiriyatfarda.ir/en/Article/Download/36822
