The main purpose of this research is to evaluate the influencing factors in the entrepreneurial qualifications of the Comprehensive University of Applied Sciences lecturers. The researcher chose an applied and cross-sectional research with a quantitative approach and a descriptive-survey strategy, and the literature and background of the research were collected through the library method and the primary data through a questionnaire. The researcher has collected it online. The statistical population included lecturers of the University of Applied Sciences, who estimated a sample size of 250 people using Gpower software and selected 221 samples using a simple random sampling method as the unit of analysis, and finally, after the screening, 221 samples were selected using variance-oriented structural equation modeling method and Smart PLS3 software. 3 has been analyzed. The findings of the research show that practical knowledge qualifications do not have a significant effect on professional skill qualifications, but attitudinal qualifications have a positive and significant effect on professional skill qualifications. Applied knowledge competencies have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial competencies. Also, attitudinal qualifications have no significant effect on entrepreneurial qualifications, and professional skill qualifications have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial qualifications. On the other hand, applied knowledge qualifications have no significant effect on entrepreneurial qualifications through professional skill qualifications and have no mediating effect, but attitudinal qualifications have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial qualifications through professional skill qualifications and have a partial mediating effect کارآفرینی و صلاحیت‌های آن به‌عنوان پادزهر اساسی برای مقابله با مسائل اقتصاد ضعیف و عواقب ناخوشایند آن است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش ارزیابی مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار در صلاحیت‌های کارآفرینانه مدرسان دانشگاه جامع علمی کاربردی بوده که محقق یک پژوهش کاربردی و مقطعی با رویکرد کمی و استراتژی توصيفي-پیمایشی را انتخاب نموده و ادبیات و پیشینه پژوهش را با روش کتابخانه‌ای و داده‌های اولیه را از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته به‌صورت آنلاین جمع‌آوری کرده است. جامعه آماری شامل مدرسان دانشگاه جامع علمی کاربردی بوده که حجم نمونه‌ای به تعداد 250 نفر با نرم‌افزار Gpower برآورد و با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده به‌عنوان واحد تحلیل انتخاب و درنهایت پس از غربالگری 221 نمونه را با روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری واریانس محور و نرم‌افزار Smart PLS3.3 تحلیل نموده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد، صلاحیت‌های دانشی كاربردي بر صلاحیت‌های مهارتی حرفه‌ای تأثیر معناداری ندارد اما صلاحیت‌های نگرشي بر صلاحیت‌های مهارتی حرفه‌ای تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. صلاحیت‌های دانش كاربردي بر صلاحیت‌های کارآفرینانه تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین صلاحیت‌های نگرشي بر صلاحیت‌های کارآفرینانه تأثیر معناداری نداشته و صلاحیت‌های مهارتی حرفه‌ای بر صلاحیت‌های کارآفرینانه تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. از طرفی صلاحیت‌های دانش كاربردي بر صلاحیت‌های کارآفرینانه از طریق صلاحیت‌های مهارتی حرفه‌ای تأثیر معناداری نداشته و اثر میانجی ندارد ولی صلاحیت‌های نگرشي بر صلاحیت‌های کارآفرینانه از طریق صلاحیت‌های مهارتی حرفه‌ای تأثیر مثبت و معناداری داشته و اثر میانجی جزئی دارد. http://jiu.ir/en/Article/Download/39546
