The method of the present research is in terms of the applied goal, in terms of the type of data, and in terms of the nature of the study, it is mixed (qualitative-quantitative). Data was collected through interviews. The work of data collection continued until the researcher made sure that no new data would be obtained and reached the saturation point. After the interviews, the designed model was given to a number of specialists and experts at different levels of education And the professors of public and free universities were used as targeted non-probability sampling to study and review, and after a week, their opinions and possible corrections were collected through a questionnaire. The findings were analyzed using the ground theory method in the qualitative part and using the t-test of a sample in the quantitative part in order to check the components and dimensions of the model. The findings showed that the dimensions of the virtual education model based on value management in elementary school include organizational values, teaching-learning activity, learning school, knowledge management, insight and smart school. Based on the review of experts' opinions regarding the validity of the model and all the components And the dimensions have been confirmed. هدف اصلی از پژوهش طراحی الگوی مناسب آموزش مجازی بر مبنای مدیریت ارزش در مقطع ابتدایی بود. روش پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر نوع داده‌ها تلفیقی و از نظر ماهیت مطالعه، آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) می‌باشد. داده ها از طریق مصاحبه جمع‌آوری شد. کار گردآوری داده‌ها تا زمانی که محقق اطمینان حاصل نمود که داده جدیدی به دست نخواهد آمد و به نقطه اشباع برسد، ادامه پیدا کرد. پس از انجام مصاحبه در ادامه ابتدا الگوی طراحی شده در اختیار تعدادی از متخصصان و کارشناسان در سطوح مختلف آموزش و پرورش قرار گرفته و از اساتید هیئت علمی دانشگاه های دولتی و آزاد به صورت نمونه‌گیری غیر‌احتمالی هدفمند استفاده شد تا مطالعه و بررسی کنند و بعد از یک هفته نظرات و اصلاحات احتمالی آنها از طریق پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری شد. یافته ها با استفاده از روش گرندد تئوری در بخش کیفی و با استفاده از آزمون تی تک نمونه ای در بخش کمی به منظور بررسی مولفه ها و ابعاد الگو تحلیل شد. یافته ها نشان داد که ابعاد الگوی آموزش مجازی بر مبنای مدیریت ارزش در مقطع ابتدایی شامل ارزش های سازمانی، فعالیت یاددهی – یادگیری، مدرسه یادگیرنده، مدیریت دانش، بصیرت و مدرسه هوشمند می باشد. بر اساس بررسی نظرات متخصصان در خصوص اعتبار الگو نیز تمامی مولفه ها و ابعاد مورد تایید قرار گرفته است. کلید واژه ها: الگو، آموزش مجازی، مدیریت ارزش، مقطع ابتدایی http://modiriyatfarda.ir/en/Article/Download/40660
