Today, the development and success of organizations in the long term depends on benefiting from the current competencies and developing the competencies of employees. do themselves effectively. This research was done with the aim of examining and prioritizing the dimensions of educational assistance of parents in order to empower online education in times of crisis. The current research is practical in terms of purpose. The dimensions of parents' educational assistance have been extracted using a researcher-made questionnaire with closed questions. In order to identify and discover the main dimensions or structures of the research data, to identify the effective factors and the contribution of explaining the variance by these factors, as well as their priority, the exploratory factor analysis method was used. Then, in order to determine the validity of the educational assistance model of parents in order to empower online education in times of crisis, it was discussed with the help of structural equation modeling method in SmartPLS software. which was evaluated and interpreted in two stages of measurement model test and general model test. The prioritization of the dimensions of parents' educational assistance was done with the best-worst technique and Excel and Lingo software. The prioritization of the dimensions of parental educational assistance was done using the best-worst technique (individual ability, teaching ability, virtual space support, support and evaluation and supervision, social interaction ability, content production ability).</p> <p>توجه به توانمندسازی آموزش از اهداف مهم مدیریت منابع انسانی در سازمان&zwnj;ها و از رویکردهای مورد توجه آموزش مجازی کارکنان است . توانمندسازی آموزش یکی از جنبه&zwnj;های کلیدی برای هر سازمانی است امروزه توسعه و موفقیت سازمان&zwnj;ها در بلندمدت در بهره&zwnj;مندی از شایستگی&zwnj;های فعلی و توسعة صلاحیت&zwnj;های کارکنان وابسته است از طریق آموزش و توسعه، افراد در سازمان می&zwnj;توانند دانش، توانایی و مهارتهای خود را افزایش دهند تا بتوانند کارهای خود را به طور مؤثر انجام دهند .این تحقیق با هدف بررسی و اولویت بندی ابعاد دستیاری آموزشی والدین به منظور توانمندسازی آموزش آنلاین در مواقع بحرانی انجام شده است. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی است. ابعاد دستیاری آموزشی والدین بااستفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با سؤالات بسته استخراج گردیده است. به منظور شناسايي و کشف ابعاد يا سازه هاي اصلي داده&zwnj;هاي تحقيق برای شناسایی عوامل مؤثر و سهم تبیین واریانس توسط این عامل&zwnj;ها و نیز اولویت آن&zwnj;ها از روش تحليل عاملي اکتشافي استفاده گردید. سپس جهت تعیین اعتبار مدل دستیاری آموزشی والدین به منظور توانمندسازی آموزش آنلاین در مواقع بحرانی با کمک روش مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري در نرم&zwnj;افزار اسمارت پی ال اس پرداخته شد. که در دو مرحله آزمون مدل اندازه&zwnj;گيري و آزمون مدل کلی ارزيابي و تفسير شد. اولویت&zwnj;بندی ابعاد دستیاری آموزشی والدین با تکنیک بهترین &ndash; بدترین و نرم افزار اکسل و لینگو انجام شد. اولویت&zwnj;بندی ابعاد دستیاری آموزشی والدین با تکنیک بهترین &ndash; بدترین (توانمندی فردی، توانمندی تدریس، پشتیبانی فضای مجازی، پشتیبانی و ارزیابی و نظارت، توانمندی تعامل اجتماعی، توانمندی تولید محتوا) انجام شد.</p> http://modiriyatfarda.ir/en/Article/Download/44752
