Therefore, considering the strategic significance of the industrial sector in the economic growth and development of the country, in the present study attempts are made to analyze the general industrial policies adopted by the ruling system of Iran. Thus, the present study seeks to discover the areas related to general industrial policies of the ruling system on which the supreme leader has laid greatest emphasis and determine the industrial matters that most concern the country's supreme leader. The present study also seeks to specify the most emphasized and important factors associated with industrial policies put forward by the supreme leader of the country. The present study falls into the category of qualitative studies and is conducted using content analysis method. The required data were collected through thematic search for research keywords and applying the research protocol on the general industrial policies adopted by the ruling system. The collected data were analyzed using a mixed (quantitative-qualitative) method. The population of the study includes general policies of the ruling system; therefore, the population and the sample size completely match each other. The results indicate that among the policies put forward by the Supreme Leader, "support for domestic production", "enhancement and growth of productivity" and "expansion of the economy and knowledge-based industries" have the largest shares and coefficients of importance.</p> <p>هدف: با فزونی گرفتن ارزش افزوده بخش صنعت و سهم بالاتر آن در اقتصاد ملی، زمینه دستیابی به نرخ&zwnj;های بالاتر برای رشد اقتصادی جوامع فراهم شده است. بنابراین با توجه به اهمیت استراتژیک بخش صنعت در رشد و توسعه اقتصادی کشور، هدف اين پژوهش واکاوی و تحلیل سیاست&zwnj;های کلی نظام در حوزه&zwnj;ی صنعت است. لذا پژوهش حاضر به دنبال این است که پی به بیشترین تأکیدات مقام معظم رهبری در سیاستهای کلی نظام پیرامون صنعت برده و مشخص کند که بیشترین دغدغه رهبر عالی کشور در حوزه صنعت مربوط به چه موضوعاتی است. همچنین مشخص نماید که بیشترین تأکیدات و ضرایب اهمیت سیاست&zwnj;های ابلاغی ایشان مرتبط با بخش صنعت پیرامون چه مواردی است.روش شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش بر مبنای رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا صورت گرفته است. داده&zwnj;های موردنیاز برای این پژوهش، با استفاده از جستجوی موضوعی کلید واژه&zwnj;های پژوهش و اعمال پروتکل پژوهش در بین سیاستهای کلی نظام در حوزه صنعت استخراج و سپس به روش آمیخته (کمی- کیفی) تجزیه و تحلیل شده است. جامعه آماری شامل مجموعه سیاست&zwnj;های کلی نظام است؛ بنابراین جامعه و نمونه بر هم منطبق می&zwnj;باشند. یافته&zwnj;ها و نتیجه&zwnj;گیری: نتایج حاکی از آن است که از بین سیاست&zwnj;های ابلاغی مقام معظم رهبری، مقوله&zwnj;های «حمایت از تولید داخلی»، «ارتقاء و رشد بهره&zwnj;وری» و «گسترش اقتصاد و صنایع دانش بنیان» بیشترین سهم و ضرایب اهمیت را داشته&zwnj;اند</p>
