He is believed to be one of the few thinkers who has clearly demonstrated the concomitance and unity of theory and act. Socrates’ ethical propositions, which are clearly manifest in the practical aspects of his life, have promoted a number of challenges that are presently among the most important socio-political problems of our society and the world. One of such challenges and living problems in political thought is obeying the law and state decrees and its relationship with justice. This problem has been dramatically evaluated and tested by Socrates in the dialogue of Crito. While focusing on this work, in the present paper the writers aim to explore the dramatic conflict between law and justice through analyzing its various aspects. In fact, following a hermeneutic method, they inquire about the relationship between the law and justice even when the former is unfair and costs the life of human beings. تأثير حيات فكري و جسمي و درنهايت مرگ سقراط در تاريخ تفكر، همواره نقطه عطف و محل تأمل بسياري از انديشمندان بوده و هست بطوري كه سقراط را جزو معدود انديشمندان ميدانند كه تلازم و هم‌پيوندي نظر و عمل را بخوبي نشان داده است. گزاره‌هاي اخلاقي سقراطي در وجه عملي در زندگي او ظهور يافته و چالشهايي را برانگيخته كه امروزه مهترين مسائل سياسي ـ اجتماعي جهان و جامعه ما هستند. تبعيت از قوانين و حکم حکومت و نسبت آن با عدالت از جمله چالشهاي بنيادين و مسئله‌يي زنده در انديشه سياسي است كه سقراط در «همپرسه كريتو» آن را در وجهي دراماتيك مورد سنجش و آزمون قرار داده است. نوشتار حاضر با تمركز بر اين اثر، تلاش مينمايد با تحليل سويه‌هاي مختلف آن، جدال دراماتيك قانون و عدالت را مورد بررسي قرار دهد و با روشي (تحليلي) به بررسي اين مسئله ميپردازد كه قرباني شدن در پاي قانون، حتي اگر غيرعادلانه و به ارزش جان انسان باشد، با عدالت چه نسبتي دارد. http://hop.mullasadra.org/fa/Article/Download/23291
