The researchers also aimed at finding scientific solutions to eliminate and reduce corruption. on the other hand , the capabilities of information and communication technology and innovative and innovative opportunities that this concept has caused it to have led to the application of this technology in most areas and solving different problems. Effective use of information technology and communication requires access to the desired readiness of countries in the fields of infrastructure ; the use and access of technology to the vast majority of the country 's population and a proper framework of laws and regulations for this technology. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of e-readiness factors on corruption reduction in developing countries. Findings from the research over the last five years show that there is a relatively strong link between e-readiness and corruption in developing countries , which indicates that countries with better electronic readiness and so-called readier acceptance ; they are less corrupt. also , the study of this link at the level below the four indicators of electronic readiness shows that the relevance of all sub-index is directly proportional to the level of corruption and the effect of environmental sub-index on corruption is higher than the rest of the indicators . امروزه فساد در بخش دولتی و خصوصی معضل و چالش قابل توجه ای است، که مدیران و سران کشورها را بر آن داشته که درصدد یافتن راه حلی برای کاهش فساد باشند. همچنین پژوهشگران و محققان نیز در راستای پیدا نمودن راه حلهای علمی و پژوهشی جهت از بین بردن و کاستن فساد می باشند. از سویی دیگر، قابلیت های فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و فرصت‌های بدیع و کم هزینه ای که این مفهوم باعث به وجود آمدن آن شده است منجر به بکارگیری این فناوری در غالب حوزه ها و حل مسائل مختلف شده است. بكارگيري موثر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، مستلزم دستیابی به آمادگی مطلوب کشورها در زمينه هاي زيرساخت؛ استفاده و دسترسی به فناوري مذكور براي بخش عمده اي از جمعيت كشور و چارچوب مناسبی از قوانين و مقررات براي اين فناوری است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر عوامل آمادگی الکترونیکی بر کاهش فساد در کشورهای در حال توسعه است. یافته های پژوهش در طی 5 سال متوالی نشان می‌دهد که بین آمادگی الکترونیکی و فساد در کشورهای در حال توسعه یک ارتباط نسبتا قوی وجود دارد که این ارتباط مستقیم می‌باشد و نشانگر این است که کشورهای که دارای آمادگی الکترونیکی بهتری می‌باشند و به اصطلاح آماده تر هستند؛ فساد کمتری دارند. همچنین بررسی این ارتباط در سطح زیر شاخص های چهارگانه آمادگی الکترونیکی نیز نشان می‌دهد که ارتباط تمام زیرشاخص ها نیز با میزان فساد مستقیم می‌باشد و اثر زیرشاخص محیطی آمادگی الکترونیکی بر روی فساد بیشتر از بقیه شاخص ها می‌باشد. http://modiriyatfarda.ir/fa/Article/Download/26514
