One of the approaches of empowering students is the entrepreneurial approach in the context of the entrepreneur school. In this regard, the current research seeks to present the entrepreneurial school model with a meta synthesis approach. The research is descriptive in terms of practical purpose, in terms of data collection and qualitative approach. This research was done using the meta synthesis method. The data collection tool is past research and library documents from 2010 to 2024, which includes 41 researches with a qualitative evaluation. The method of data analysis is content analysis. The findings of the research show that the predictors affecting the entrepreneurial school in 3 categories: student-related factors (personality traits, familiarity with entrepreneurship); factors related to teachers and managers (entrepreneurial attitude and behavior, entrepreneurial management, entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial experience); Factors related to the school (structure facilitating entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial strategy, entrepreneurial curriculum) are placed. Context or background factors in 4 categories: facilitating policies (support program, reward and encouragement system), providing resources (financial, physical and informational resources), market conditions (innovative environment, networking and globalization), entrepreneurial culture (entrepreneurial beliefs, entrepreneurial governance) and the consequences of the entrepreneurial school in 3 categories: the consequence for the student (increasing risk-taking, the ability to develop talents and skills, improving participation, independence and responsibility, profit entrepreneurship), the consequence for the school (targeting education, forming an entrepreneurial school), the consequence for society (entrepreneurship network dynamics, future-oriented economic development, social and economic empowerment).</p> <p>وجود علائمی همچون، عدم شایستگی و توانمندی دانش&zwnj;آموزان بعد از 12 سال تحصیل در ورود به بازار کار، توانایی کسب درآمد، تشکیل زندگی مستقل و حتی ورود به دانشگاه و ادامه تحصیل نشان از نیاز اساسی به تغییر در مدارس کشور می&zwnj;باشد. یکی از رویکردهای توانمندسازی دانش&zwnj;آموزان، رویکرد کارآفرینی در بستر وجود مدرسه کارآفرین است. در این راستا پژوهش حاضر به دنبال ارائه الگوی مدرسه کارآفرین با رویکرد فراترکیب است. پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از منظر گردآوری داده&zwnj;ها توصیفی و از منظر رویکرد کیفی است. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش فراترکیب انجام شده است. ابزار گردآوري داده&zwnj;ها، اسناد و مدارك پژوهشی و کتابخانه&zwnj;ای گذشته از سال 2010 تا 2024 است، که با ارزیابی کیفی صورت گرفته شامل 41 پژوهش می&zwnj;شود. شیوه تحلیل داده&zwnj;ها، تحلیل محتوا است. یافته&zwnj;های پژوهش نشان می&zwnj;دهد، پیش&zwnj;بین&zwnj;های موثر بر مدرسه کارآفرین در 3 مقوله: عوامل مرتبط با دانش&zwnj;آموز(ویژگی&zwnj;های شخصیتی، آشنایی با کارآفرینی)؛ عوامل مرتبط با معلم و مدیر(نگرش و رفتار کارآفرینانه، مدیریت کارآفرینانه، دانش کارآفرینانه، تجربه کارآفرینانه)؛ عوامل مرتبط با مدرسه(ساختار تسهیل&zwnj;کننده کارآفرینی، استراتژی آموزشی کارآفرینانه، برنامه درسی کارآفرینانه) قرار می&zwnj;گیرند. بافتار یا عوامل زمینه&zwnj;ای در 4 مقوله: سیاست&zwnj;های تسهیل&zwnj;کننده(برنامه حمایتی، نظام پاداش و تشویق)، تأمین منابع(منابع مالی، فیزیکی و اطلاعاتی)، شرایط بازار(محیط نوآورانه، شبکه&zwnj;سازی و جهانی&zwnj;شدن)، فرهنگ کارآفرینانه(اعتقادات کارآفرینانه، حکمرانی کارآفرینانه) و پیامدهای مدرسه کارآفرین در 3 مقوله: پیامد برای دانش&zwnj;آموز(ارتقا ریسک&zwnj;پذیری، توانایی توسعه استعدادها و مهارت&zwnj;ها، بهبود مشارکت، استقلال&zwnj;طلبی و مسئولیت&zwnj;پذیری، کارآفرینی انتفاعی)، پیامد برای مدرسه(هدفمند شدن آموزش، تشکیل مدرسه کارآفرین)، پیامد برای جامعه(پویایی شبکه کارآفرینی، توسعه اقتصاد آینده&zwnj;نگر، توانمندسازی اجتماعی و اقتصادی) قرار می&zwnj;گیرند.</p> http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/fa/Article/Download/48917
