Administrative corruption and contamination of agents and agents and administrative staff of various organizations with illegal activities and their illegal use of their administrative authority and authority for their own interests. The general purpose of this research is to identify the behavioral policy framework in the fight against administrative corruption based on the themes of Nahj al-Balagha. The current research is of mixed, qualitative and quantitative type. It is also exploratory from the objective point of view and descriptive from the nature point of view. This research is practical in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of the nature and method of data collection. The statistical population and the content used in the research will include all written documents in the field of behavioral policy framework in dealing with administrative corruption based on the themes of Nahjul Balagha, in the period from 2000 to 2023. The sampling method is purposeful and based on criteria. The quantitative part of this research was collected using a questionnaire tool and through a sample of 50; SMART-PLS3, SPSS24 software was used to analyze the data. In the qualitative part, semi-structured interviews were first designed and then presented to the experts and interviewees, and after that, the interviews were prepared in text form and thematic analysis was done with software such as Maxqda software and extraction of primary indicators. By studying the extracted data and information, finally, 134 codes were identified, and after reviewing and revising, 134 basic themes, 22 organizing themes, and 6 overarching themes were identified. Library and archival documents were obtained. These themes were reviewed and modified several times by the researcher and similar themes were placed in one category, which include: "political factors", "administrative factors", "economic factors", "social factors", "norms and values", constitute "behavioral-psychological".</p> <p>یکی از مهم ترین مسائلی که زمینه ساز بروز مشکلات فراوان در کلیه کشورهای جهان شده است. فساد اداری و آلوده شدن کارگزاران و کارگزاران و کارکنان اداری سازمان های مختلف به کارهای خلاف و استفاده غیرقانونی آن ها از مقام و اختیارات اداری خویش برای منافع خویش است. هدف کلی این پژوهش شناسایی چارچوب خط&zwnj;مشی رفتاری در مبارزه با فساد اداری مبتنی بر مضامین نهج&zwnj;البلاغه می باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع آمیخته، کیفی و کمی می&zwnj;باشد. همچنین از منظر هدف، اکتشافی بوده و از منظر ماهیتی، توصیفی می&zwnj;باشد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی است و از نظر ماهیت و شیوه&not;ی جمع آوری داده&not;ها، توصیفی - پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری و محتوای مورد استفاده در تحقیق شامل کلیه اسناد مکتوب در حوزه چارچوب خط&zwnj;مشی رفتاری در مقابله با فساد اداری مبتنی بر مضامین نهج&zwnj;البلاغه، در بازده زمانی 2000 تا 2023 خواهد بود. روش نمونه&zwnj;گیری هدفمند و مبتنی بر ملاک می باشد. بخش کمی این پژوهش با استفاده از ابزار پرسش&zwnj;نامه و از طریق نمونه 50 تایی گردآوری&zwnj; شده است؛ جهت تجزیه&zwnj;وتحلیل داده&zwnj;ها از نرم&zwnj;افزارSMART &ndash; PLS3 , SPSS24 استفاده شده است. در بخش کیفی در ابتدا مصاحبه&not;های نیمه ساختاریافته طراحی و سپس به خبرگان و مصاحبه شوندگان ارائه گردید و بعد از آن، مصاحبه&not;ها به صورت متنی تهیه و تحلیل مضمون با نرم&zwnj;افزارهایی مانند نرم&zwnj;افزار Maxqda و استخراج شاخص&zwnj;های اولیه صورت گرفت. بـا مطالعه داده ها واطلاعـات استخراج شده در نهایت، 134 کد شناسایی شدند که پس از مرور و بازبینی ، 134 مضامین پایه، 22 مضامین سازمان دهنده و 6 مضمون فراگیر شنـاسـایی شدنـد که این مضامین و مفاهیم عمدتا از نهج البلاغه و از طریق بررسی اسناد و مدارک کتابخانه&not;ای و آرشیوی بدست آمدند، این مضامین چندین بار توسط محقق بـازبینی و اصلاح شد و مضامین مشـابه و یکسـان در یک دسته قرار گرفتنـد که عبارتنداز: " عوامل سیاسی"، "عوامل اداری"، "عوامل اقتصادی"، "عوامل اجتماعی"، "هنجارها و ارزش&zwnj;ها" ، " رفتاری - روانشناختی" را تشکیل می دهند..</p> http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/fa/Article/Download/52699
