This requires the formation of effective learning groups and the provision of learner participation tools in online learning environments, which is rarely seen in existing systems that use virtual learning centers. In this article, the content and structure of the discussion forums have been examined. Content analysis has been done in order to match the content of the discussions with the objectives of the forum and to extract the areas of interest of the participants. While expressing the achievements of the social network analysis of an academic learning environment, the researchers have presented a solution for extracting the social relationships of people through the structural analysis of discussion forums in an online learning environment. Also, they have presented a method to use the extracted relationships in the mechanisms of grouping learners and evaluated its efficiency. Different parts of this research have been conducted in different courses in consecutive semesters and its achievements can be used to improve collaborative learning activities in online and blended learning environments. امروزه به لطف رشد و توسعه فناوری‌های ارتباطی و اطلاعاتی، سیستم‌های یادگیری برخط قادر شده‌اند امکانات یادگیری گروهی و فضای تعامل و تبادل نظر میان یادگیرندگان را فراهم آورند. این امر مستلزم تشکیل گروه‌های یادگیری موثر و فراهم آوری ابزارهای مشارکت یادگیرندگان در محیط‌های یادگیری برخط است که در سیستم‌های موجود که مراکز آموزشی مجازی مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرند به ندرت مشاهده می‌شود. در این مقاله محتوا و ساختار تالارهای گفتگو مورد بررسی قرار گرفته‌اند. تحلیل محتوایی به منظور تطابق محتوای مباحثات با اهداف تالار و استخراج حوزه‌های مورد علاقه مشارکت‌کنندگان انجام شده است. محققین ضمن بیان دستاوردهای تحلیل شبکه اجتماعی یک محیط یادگیری دانشگاهی، راهکاری برای استخراج روابط اجتماعی افراد از طریق تحلیل ساختاری تالارهای گفتگو در یک محیط یادگیری برخط ارائه کرده‌اند. همچنین آن‌ها روشی برای به‌کارگیری روابط استخراج شده در مکانیزم‌های گروه‌بندی یادگیرندگان ارائه نموده‌اند و کارآمدی آن را مورد ارزیابی قرار داده‌اند. بخش‌های مختلف این تحقیق در دوره‌های درسی مختلف در ترم‌های متوالی انجام شده است و دستاوردهای آن می‌تواند در راستای بهبود فعالیت‌های یادگیری همکارانه در محیط‌های یادگیری برخط و ترکیبی مورد استفاده قرار بگیرد http://jour.aicti.ir/fa/Article/Download/8186
