Abstract :
The use of pesticides plays a crucial role in modern agriculture, and their proper application leads to an increase in the quality and quantity of agricultural products. They are also highly important in controlling disease vectors. However, the widespread use of chemical toxins has raised growing concerns regarding their negative effects. The consumption of pesticides can result in contamination of water and soil, accumulation of these compounds in the soil can disrupt microbial communities and reduce beneficial organisms, and their infiltration into groundwater and surface water can pose risks to aquatic ecosystems. Runoff from agricultural fields can transport toxins into surface waters, affecting aquatic organisms and water quality, and consequently, these toxins can bioaccumulate and enter the food chain. Air pollution is also one of the consequences of pesticide use. The volatilization of pesticides and environmental factors facilitate the possibility of contact with non-target organisms and their transfer to areas far from the spraying site. Residues of pesticides can cause physiological disorders, genetic abnormalities, and various diseases in non-target organisms, leading to disturbances in ecological balance and a reduction in biodiversity. This article provides a comprehensive review of the adverse consequences of chemical pesticide use on different components of ecosystems and discusses novel strategies to address these challenges and promote pesticide management practices. This review paper aims to deepen the understanding of the effects and hazards associated with pesticide use and hopes to take a step towards reducing environmental pollution and achieving sustainable agriculture.

استفاده از آفتکشها نقش مهمی در کشاورزی مدرن دارد و کاربرد اصولی آنها سبب افزایش کیفیت و کمیت محصولات کشاورزی میشود. همچنین، در کنترل ناقلین بیماریها بسیار اهمیت دارند. با این حال، استفاده گسترده از سموم شیمیایی سبب نگرانیهای روزافزون در خصوص اثرات منفی آنها شده است. مصرف آفتکشها میتواند باعث آلودگی منابع آبی و خاک شود، تجمع این ترکیبات در خاک منجر به اختلال در جوامع میکروبی و کاهش ارگانیسمهای مفید میشود و با نفوذ به آبهای زیرزمینی و سطحی، مخاطراتی را برای اکوسیستمهای آبی ایجاد کند. رواناب از مزارع کشاورزی میتواند سموم را به آبهای سطحی منتقل کند و بر موجودات آبزی و کیفیت آب تأثیر بگذارد و در نتیجه تجمع زیستی وارد زنجیرهی غذایی شوند. بهعلاوه، آلودگیهوا یکی از عواقب استفاده از سموم کشاورزی است. تبخیر سموم و عوامل محیطی، احتمال تماس موجودات غیر هدف و انتقال آنها به مناطق دورتر از محل سمپاشی را فراهم میکند. بقایای آفتکشها سبب اختلالات فیزیولوژیکی، ناهنجاریهای ژنتیکی و بروز بیماریهای مختلف در موجودات غیر هدف میشود و اختلال در تعادل اکولوژیکی و کاهش تنوع زیستی را در پی دارد. این مقاله، یک بررسی جامع از پیامدهای نامطلوب مصرف سموم شیمیایی بر اجزای مختلف اکوسیستمها را ارائه میدهد و استراتژیهای نوین برای مقابله با این چالشها و ترویج شیوههای مدیریت آفتکشها را مورد بحث قرار میدهد. این مقاله مروری با هدف تعمیق درک اثرات و خطرات مرتبط با استفاده از آفتکشها تهیه شدهاست و امید است گامی بهمنظور کاهش آلودگیهای محیطزیست و دستیابی به کشاورزی پایدار باشد. | نوع مقاله: مروری تاریخ دریافت: 28/11/1402 تاریخ پذیرش: 28/01/1403 دسترسی آنلاین: 30/10/1403

The consumption of pesticides can result in contamination of water and soil, accumulation of these compounds in the soil can disrupt microbial communities and reduce beneficial organisms, and their infiltration into groundwater and surface water can pose risks to aquatic ecosystems. Runoff from agricultural fields can transport toxins into surface waters, affecting aquatic organisms and water quality, and consequently, these toxins can bioaccumulate and enter the food chain. Air pollution is also one of the consequences of pesticide use. The volatilization of pesticides and environmental factors facilitate the possibility of contact with non-target organisms and their transfer to areas far from the spraying site. Residues of pesticides can cause physiological disorders, genetic abnormalities, and various diseases in non-target organisms, leading to disturbances in ecological balance and a reduction in biodiversity. This article provides a comprehensive review of the adverse consequences of chemical pesticide use on different components of ecosystems and discusses novel strategies to address these challenges and promote pesticide management practices. This review paper aims to deepen the understanding of the effects and hazards associated with pesticide use and hopes to take a step towards reducing environmental pollution and achieving sustainable agriculture. | |

مقدمه
افزایش جمعیت جهان در قرن بیستم همواره با افزایش موازی در تولید محصولات کشاورزی همراه بوده است و بخش کشاورزی از نظر حفظ امنیت غذایی جوامع همواره مورد توجه بوده است (کلاوری1 و همکاران، 2023؛ کیومرثی2 و همکاران، 2009؛ کیومرثی و همکاران، 2011). تقریباً حدود یک سوم از محصولات کشاورزی جهان در مراحل داشت و برداشت و حتی انبارداری توسط آفات از بین میروند. میزان خسارت آفات در کشورهای توسعه نیافته از این هم بیشتر است (جوراسکه و همکاران، 2007). آفتکشها نقش مهمی در کاهش آفات (حشرات، عوامل بیماریزا و علفهای هرز) دارند بهطوری که بدون کاربرد سموم دفع آفات، تولید میوه 78 درصد، تولید سبزیجات 54 درصد و تولید غلات 32 درصد کاهش مییابد. بنابراین، سموم در افزایش عملکرد محصولات کشاورزی و کاهش آفات بهداشتی در سراسر جهان نقش قابل توجهی دارند (تیودی3، 2021). در برخی مطالعات گزارش شدهاست که بدون مصرف آفتکشها، تا 80 درصد از تولیدات کشاورزی میتواند از بین برود (دوتچ4 و همکاران، 2018؛ زو5 و همکاران، 2015). با توجه به این موضوع، محافظت از محصولات گیاهی یک بخش ضروری در سیستم تولید است که در نهایت منجر به افزایش محصول و در نتیجه تولید محصول بیشتر و با کیفیت بالاتر میشود، از این نظر اهمیت استفاده از سموم در کشاورزی بهعنوان یکی از راهکارهای مبارزه روشن میشود (رفیعی6 و همکاران،2022؛ شارما7 و همکاران، 2019). بهطور کلی پذیرفته شدهاست که آفتکشها نقش مهمی در توسعه کشاورزی دارند زیرا میتوانند از تلفات محصولات کشاورزی بکاهند و بازده و کیفیت محصولات را بهصورت مقرون به صرفهای، بهبود بخشند (ستراسمایر8 و همکاران، 2017؛ اکتر9 و همکاران، 2008). آفتکشها، شامل گروههای مختلفی از کلرهها، ارگانوفسفره، کارباماتها، پیرتروئیدها، علفکشهای فنوکسی، علفکشهای اسیدبنزوئیک، تریآزینها و اوره است. این ترکیبات بهعنوان حشرهکش، قارچکش، علفکش، نماتدکش و جوندهکشها به کار میروند (فاطما10 و همکاران، 2018؛ کیم11 و همکاران، 2017؛ برناردز12 و همکاران، 2015).
تولید، کاربرد و استفادهی دقیق از این ترکیبات، طیف گستردهای از علوم شامل کشاورزی، سمشناسی، شیمی تجزیه، شیمی فرمولاسیونها و باقیماندهها، بیوشیمی سرنوشت آفتکشها در گیاهان، حیوانات و محیطزیست، سمیت محیطی، بیوتکنولوژی و ارزیابی خطرات بقایا آفتکشها را در بر میگیرد (وو13 و همکاران، 2022). سهمیلیارد کیلوگرم آفتکش هر سال در سراسر جهان استفاده میشود (هیز14 و همکاران، 2017). در حالی که تنها یک درصد از کل آفتکشها بهطور مؤثر در کنترل آفات هدف نقش دارند (برناردز و همکاران، 2015). مقادیر زیادی از باقیمانده آفتکشها در اکوسیستمهای مختلف انتشار مییابند و موجودات غیر هدف را در معرض قرار میدهند. در نتیجه مصرف سموم میتواند سبب ایجاد اثرات نامطلوب بر سلامت انسان، موجودات غیر هدف و آلودگی محیط زیستی شوند (هرناندز15 و همکاران، 2013). در صورتی که کمخطرترین آفتکش بهصورت صحیح و با مقدار توصیه شده مورد استفاده قرار گیرد و میزان کاربرد سموم با در نظر گرفتن هزینهها و منافع حاصل از افزایش عملکرد، بهینهسازی شود، این ترکیبات بهعنوان یک ابزار کنترل، مقرون به صرفه و قابلاعتماد تبدیل میشوند و یکی از مؤثرترین ابزار در مدیریت تلفیقی کنترل آفات هستند (رفیعی و همکاران، 2022).
اهمیت اثرات نامطلوب آفتکشها در این مطالعه مروری مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. همچنین، به استراتژیهای کاهش باقیمانده سموم و شناسایی چالشها پرداخته شدهاست. در این راستا منابع و مقالات علمی از پایگاههای داده PubMed، Science Direct، Scopus، Google Scholar، Taylor & Francis وBioMed، با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی "بقایای آفتکشها"، "اثرات نامطلوب آفتکشها بر سلامت انسان"، "آلودگی محیط زیستی آفتکشها"، "تشخیص و اندازهگیری بقایای آفتکش"، "تجزیه آفتکشها"، "استراتژیهای کاهش مصرف سموم" جمع آوری شده است.
اثرات نامطلوب آفتکشها بر موجودات زنده
قرار گرفتن در معرض آفتکشها اجتنابناپذیر است (ادواردز و مایرز16 ، 2007). تمامی موجودات زنده در اکوسیستمها، تحتتأثیر سموم قرار دارند و این ترکیبات در بدن موجودات زنده سرنوشت متفاوتی دارد (شکل 1). برخی آفتکشها تجزیه و دفع میشوند و برخی به متابولیتهای خطرناکتر تبدیل میشوند. بعضی هم بهوسیله آنزیمها فعال و به مواد سرطانزا تبدیل میشوند (لوشچاک17 و همکاران، 2018).

باقیمانده آفتکشها در زنجیرهی غذایی
آلودگی موجودات زنده از حلقهی اول زنجیرهی غذایی (گیاهان) شروع میشود. گیاهان میتوانند سموم موجود را از طریق اندامهای هوایی و ریشه جذب و آنها را در خود انباشته کنند و سایر حلقههای زنجیرهی غذایی را آلوده کنند. آفتکشها سبب سمیت ژنی و سمیت سلولی گیاهان میشوند و مصرف این ترکیبات، در سیستم آنتی اکسیدانی آنها اختلال ایجاد میکند (شفیق18 و همکاران، 2020).
آفتکشها میتوانند باعث کلروز، نکروز، پیچخوردگی برگها و اختلال در فتوسنتز شوند. علاوه بر این، بسیاری از مطالعات نشان داده است، گروههای مختلف آفتکشها منجر به سرکوب متابولیسم نیتروژن، افزایش و اختلال در عملکرد آنزیمها و علاوه بر این، تغییر رنگدانههای برگ و اختلال در رشد میوه میشوند (النگباوی19 و همکاران، 2021).
آفتکشهایی که قابلیت حل شدن در چربی را دارند در بافتها تجمع مییابند و با ذخیره شدن در سلولها باعث بروز اختلالات فیزیولوژیکی در اعمال متابولیسم سلول میشوند و جریان تولید انرژی را مختل میکنند (حسن و نمر20 و همکاران، 2018). بسیاری از آفتکشها در زنجیرهی غذایی تثبیت میشوند. سمومی که از این طریق وارد بدن موجودات زنده میشود، انباشته شده و پس از مدتی اثرات سوء خود را نمایان میسازند. میزان جمع شدن ترکیبات شیمیایی در بافتهای بدن موجودات زنده را تجمع زیستی21 گویند (ری و شاجو22 و همکاران، 2023). فرآیند تجمع زیستی میتواند زمانی شروع شود که سموم دفع آفات به جریان رودخانهها و در نهایت به اقیانوسها راه یابند و ماهیها این ترکیبات را از طریق آبششها و فلسهایشان در بافت چربی ذخیره کنند. موجودات مصرفکننده در سطوح بالایی تغذیه (ماهیهای بزرگ) از سطوح پایینی (ماهیهای کوچک) تغذیه میکنند، آفتکشها در زنجیره غذایی تجمع مییابد و در نهایت از طریق زنجیرهی غذایی وارد بدن انسان میشوند (موریا و مالک23 و همکاران، 2016). زمانی که راه عمدهی جذب سموم از طریق مواد غذایی باشد، ترکیبات پایدار در زنجیرهی غذایی تجمع مییابد و میزان سموم در بدن موجودات زنده چند برابر میزان آن ماده در غذا باشد، پدیده بزرگسازی زیستی24 روی میدهد (شکل 2). موجود زنده زمانی که برای مدت طولانی در معرض آفتکش با غلظت تقریباً ثابت، از طریق مواد غذایی و یا محیطی که او را احاطه کرده است، قرار گیرد، غلظت این مواد در بافتهای بدن او افزایش یافته و میتواند به غلظت کشنده برسد و موجود را تلف کند و یا بهحالت تعادل برسد که در آن حالت سرعت ورود با سرعت دفع آفتکش برابر است (طالبی جهرمی25، 2007؛ مان26 و همکاران، 2011). این ترکیبات پایدار غلظتشان در بافتهای موجوداتی که در بالاترین سطوح غذایی هرم اکولوژیکی قرار دارند، میتوانند 105 برابر بیشتر از غلظت آنها در موجوداتی که در سطوح پایینتر هرم قرار دارند، باشد (آلوا و گوباس27 ، 2012).
آفتکشها با توجه به قابلیت انحلال در تودههای زیستی، پایدارند و تجمع آنها سبب تغییرات رادیکالهای فعال اکسیژن میشود که استرس اکسیداتیو و مرگ سلولی را در پی دارد (شفیق و همکاران، 2020). بهدلیل تجمع زیستی مواد سمی در بافتها و اندامهای مختلف، گاهی غلظت آفتکشها در موجودات آبزی چندین برابر بیشتر از اکوسیستم است (کائور و جیندال28 ، 2017). برخی از سموم در بدن آبزیان ذخیره میشوند و بیش از آنچه در طبیعت موجود است، تغلیظ میشوند و در نهایت به زنجیرهی غذایی وارد میشوند. تغلیظ زیستی29 نتیجه توأم جذب و دفع مواد شیمیایی از محیط اطراف است و میزان آن به عوامل مختلف فیزیکوشیمیایی آفتکش بستگی دارد (ری و شاجو و همکاران، 2023).

تأثیر باقیمانده آفتکشها بر سلامت انسان
تولیدکنندگان آفتکشها، کشاورزان، مصرفکنندگان محصولات کشاورزی در معرض غلظتهای مختلف آفتکشها قرار دارند (لو30 همکاران، 2016). معمولاً آفتکشها از طریق گردش خون در سراسر بدن انسان منتقل میشوند. سمیت آفتکشها بر اساس نوع، میزان دوز و مدت زمان در معرض قرار گرفتن آنها متفاوت است (کیم. همکاران، 2017). انتقال از طریق زنجیرهی غذایی مهمترین راه انتقال آفتکشها به بدن موجودات زنده و انسان است (ری و شاجو و همکاران، 2023). شدت اثرات زیانآور آفتکشها از طریق رژیم غذایی به عواملی همچون میزان دوره و سطح قرار گرفتن در معرض، نوع آفتکش (با توجه به سمیت و ماندگاری)، مکانیزم جذب، پخش، متابولیسم، دفع و شرایط تغذیهای بستگی دارد (کیم. همکاران، 2017؛ النگباوی و همکاران، 2021). این عواقب بسته به نوع و میزان سم به دو صورت مسمومیت حاد و مزمن بروز میکند (بودکار31 و همکاران، 2020). مسمومیت حاد32 زمانی ایجاد میشود که شخص در معرض یک دز بالا از سموم قرار گیرد. شدت مسمومیت با توانایی ماده شیمیایی و نیز چگونگی تماس و یا راه ورود مادهی سمی به داخل بدن مرتبط است و مسمومیت مزمن33 در نتیجه تماس طولانی شخص با دز پایین ماده سمی رخ میدهد (طالبی جهرمی، 2007). تمام افراد جامعه در معرض مسمومیتهای مزمن آفتکشها، از طریق بقایای این ترکیبات قرار دارند. این نوع مسمومیت در اثر مصرف متوالی مقادیر کم و یا جزئی باقیمانده آفتکشها در مواد غذایی در مدت زمان طولانی در افراد ایجاد میشود. آثار این گونه مسمومیتها به کندی و پس از گذشت زمان نسبتاً طولانی ظاهر میشود (کیم و همکاران، 2017).
مطالعات نشان داده است قرار گرفتن در معرض آفتکشها سبب اختلال در واکنشهای فیزیولوژیک، ایجاد ناهنجارهای ژنتیکی در ژنها و کروموزومها، بروز مشکلات در غدد درونریز، تولید مثل و باروری، سقطجنین، عوارض پوستی و عصبی، اختلالات رفتاری، نقایص مادرزادی و بروز انواع تومور و سرطان شوند (او34 و همکاران، 2018؛ لیزینگ35 و همکاران، 2023). درک مولکولی مکانیسم چگونگی تأثیر آفتکشها بر سلامت انسان بسیار مهم است. آفتکشها فعالیت هورمونهای غدد درونریز را مهار میکنند (کبیر36 و همکاران، 2015). بهطور همزمان، باعث تغییر عملکرد سیستم ایمنی و بروز انواع سرطان میشود (گری37 و همکاران، 2004). اختلالات ژنتیکی که توسط آفتکشها ایجاد میشود، بهطور کلی به سه گروه اصلی 1) آسیبهای پیش از جهشزایی مانند شکستن رشتههایDNA (گروور38 و همکاران، 2003)، ترکیبهای افزایشی DNA (پلوسو39 و همکاران، 1996)، 2) جهشهای ژنی، مانند حذفها، وارونگیها، و جابهجایی (ادواردز و مایرز40 ، 2007)، 3) ناهنجاریهای کروموزومی، از جمله از دست دادن یا افزایش کل کروموزوم (آنئوپلوئیدی)، حذف یا شکستگی (کلاستوژنیسیته)، و بازآراییهای کروموزومی، تقسیم میشود (کربنل41 و همکاران، 1993؛ النگباوی و همکاران، 2021). تغییرات ژنتیکی ناشی از قرار گرفتن در معرض آفتکشها در پلیمورفیسمهایی که منجر به تغییر میل ترکیبی با لیگاند یا تغییر در بیان ژنهای هدف پایین دست آن میشود، بروز پیدا میکند (دانگ42 و همکاران، 2008). مطالعات، رابطه بین مصرف آفتکشها و افزایش بروز سرطان را به وضوح نشانمیدهد. بدخیمیهایی نظیر نوروبلاستوما، لوسمی، سارکوم بافت نرم، لنفوم بورکیت، لنفوم غیر هوچکین، تومور ویلمز، سرطان ریه در نتیجه در معرض قرار گرفتن آفتکشها رخ میدهد (نیه43 و همکاران، 2007؛ پلانکو رودریگرز44 و همکاران، 2017). مطالعات اپیدمیولوژیک نقش آفتکشها در شروع بیماری پارکینسون را نشانمیدهد. ارتباط بین پارکینسون و استفاده از آفتکشهایی مانند علفکشها (پاراکوات)، حشرهکشها (ارگانوفسفرهها و روتنون) و قارچکشها (سیپرودینیل، فنهگزامید و تیوفانات-متیل) به اثبات رسیده است (بروور45 و همکاران، 2017). چندین مطالعه اپیدمیولوژیک و بالینی ارتباط بین سمیت آفتکشها و واکنشهای آلرژیک و آسم را ثبت کردهاند. قرار گرفتن در معرض آفتکشها ممکن است منجر به تشدید التهاب، تحریک و یا سرکوب سیستم ایمنی شوند (هرناندز و همکاران، 2013؛ آمارال46، 2014). شواهد علمی نشانمیدهد، احتمال بروز دیابت در افرادی که در معرض سموم قرار میگیرند افزایش مییابد. آفتکشها، بهویژه کلرهها و متابولیتهای آنها، خطر ابتلا به دیابت نوع 2 و بیماریهای همراه آن را افزایش میدهند (ازانجمه47 و همکاران، 2013).
تأثیر باقیمانده آفتکشها بر موجودات غیر هدف
بقایای سموم موجود در علوفه و خوراک دامها، همچنین استفاده مستقیم از حشرهکشها و ضدعفونیکنندهها در پرورش دامها برای کنترل ناقلین بیماریها، میتواند سبب تجمع این ترکیبات در بافتهای حیوان شود و در نهایت سلامت دام را تهدید کنند، همچنین از طریق زنجیرهی غذایی با مصرف دام و فرآوردههای دامی میتواند سلامت افراد جامعه را به خطر بیندازد. فوزالون و دیازینون دو سم رایج از گروه ارگانوفسفرهها هستند که برای کنترل بسیاری از آفات علوفهای در اکثر مناطق به کار برده میشوند. با توجه به عواقب مصرف این ترکیبات در بخش دامپروری، کاهش مصرف سموم در این بخش از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است (بوسادیا48 و همکاران، 2022).
کاهش تنوع و فراوانی گونهها یکی از اثرات جانبی مهم آفتکشها است. مطالعات نشان داده است، آلودگی آفتکشها، تنوع و فراوانی طیف گستردهای از موجودات از جمله آبزیان آب شیرین و گونههای خاکزی را کاهش میدهد (بوملت49 و همکاران، 2023؛ ریلیا50 و همکاران، 2005). این ترکیبات، سبب حذف افراد با ژنو تیپ حساس و سلطه گونههای مقاوم میشوند (ایتو51 و همکاران، 2020). اثرات نامطلوب آفتکشها بر آبزیان با تهدید منابع غذایی آنها مانند پلانکتونها و جلبکها بهصورت غیرمستقیم نمایان میشود (حسن و نمر و همکاران، 2018). تجمع آفتکشها سبب آسیب عصبی، فیزیولوژیک و هماتولوژیک، اختلال غدد درونریز، آسیب DNA، آپوپتوز و پراکسیداسیون لیپیدی میشود که استرس اکسیداتیو آبزیان را در پی دارد. قرار گرفتن در معرض آفتکشها همچنین بر رشد، تولید مثل، رفتار و عملکرد این موجودات تأثیرگذار است (سابرامانیام52 و همکاران، 2023).
آفتکشها، اثرات کشنده و زیر کشنده بر ارگانیسمهای غیر هدف دارند و جمعیتهای دشمنان طبیعی و گردهافشانها را تحتتأثیر قرار میدهند. این ترکیبات سبب کاهش زادآوری و بقا این موجودات میشوند. با کاهش جمعیت عوامل کنترل بیولوژیک که اغلب نسبت به سموم حساستر هستند، احتمال طغیان آفات افزایش مییابد و کشاورزان مصرف سموم را افزایش میدهند و این چرخه معیوب ادامه مییابد (اورتون53 و همکاران، 2023؛ ملکزاده54 و همکاران، 2022).
گردهافشانها، تأثیر زیادی بر جنبههای اکولوژیکی، حفظ و پایداری اکوسیستم، تنوع زیستی و تنوع ژنتیکی در جامعه گیاهی دارند. این سموم نقش مهمی در انقراض جمعی کلنی گردهافشانها که گونههای اقتصادیند، دارند. مطالعات نشان داده است که این ترکیبات شیمیایی بر سیستم عصبی، جهتیابی، زادآوری و سیستم ایمنی گردهافشانها تأثیرگذارند. در طول دو دهه گذشته، کاهش نگرانکنندهی تعداد کلنیهای زنبور عسل ایجاد شدهاست. این پدیده اختلال فروپاشی کلونی نام دارد که میتواند نقش قابل توجهی در کاهش محصولات کشاورزی ایفا کند (تولچینسکی55 ، 2010؛ لسکا56 و همکاران، 2021).
مصرف بیرویه آفتکشها میتواند افراد با ژنو تیپ حساس در جمعیت آفت را حذف کند و افراد مقاوم بدون رقابت به تکثیر ادامه دهند، در نهایت در طول نسلها این افراد به بخش غالب جمعیت تبدیل میشوند، در این حالت آفتکش دیگر مؤثر نیست و در نتیجه بروز یا توسعه مقاومت به آفتکشها روی میدهد (موریا و مالک57 و همکاران، 2016).
اثرات نامطلوب آفتکشها در محیطزیست
آفتکشها بهطریق مستقیم و غیر مستقیم وارد محیطزیست میشوند. آفتکشها پس از کاربرد، این پتانسیل را دارند در محیطزیست، تحت فرآیندهایی مانند انتقال (یا حرکت) شامل جذب، شستشو، تبخیر، بادبردگی و رواناب قرار میگیرند (سینگ58، 2012؛ لیو59 و همکاران، 2015). ترکیبات شیمیایی مختلف آفتکشها سبب میشود، سرنوشتهای مختلفی در اکوسیستمهای مختلف داشتهباشند. بهعنوان مثال، ترکیبات آلی کلره مانند DDT سمیت حاد کمی دارند اما توانایی قابل توجهی در تجمع در بافتها و ایجاد آسیب طولانی مدت دارد و بقایای آنها برای مدت طولانی در محیطزیست باقی میماند. در حالی که آفتکشهای ارگانوفسفره ماندگاری کمی دارند، اما سمیت حاد قابل توجهی برای پستانداران دارند (کیم و همکاران، 2017؛ دالماس60 و همکاران، 2011).
بخش عمده یک آفتکش پس از سمپاشی بهشکل قطرات ریز در هوا در میآید و هرگز با گیاه تماس پیدا نمیکند. بخش دیگری از آن نیز به واسطهی تعرق از سطح گیاهان تبخیر میشود که این نیز به میزان آلودگیهوا میافزاید. میران آلودگیهوا به آفتکشها به خصوصیات فیزیکی و شیمیایی آفتکش، دمای هوا و سرعت باد بستگی دارد. بالاترین غلظت آفتکشها در هوا در اواسط روز یعنی زمانی که دمای هوا به بالاترین مقدار خود میرسد، یافت میشود (ژانگ61 و همکاران، 2020؛ فرهان62 و همکاران، 2020).
تبخیر آفتکشها، میتواند آنها را نقاط دور از سطح تیمار شده حمل کند (سینگ، 2012). برخی عوامل مهم از جمله فشار بخار، دما، رطوبت، وزش باد و شرایط خاک مانند بافت، میزان مواد آلی و رطوبت، سطح تبخیر آفتکش را تعیین میکنند (کامل63 ، 2005؛ الامدار64 ، 2014؛ زو65 و همکاران، 2017).
مصرف سموم آفتکشها میتواند، منجر به آلودگی شدید خاک شود و به ذرات آن جذب شوند (ژو66 و همکاران، 2006؛ شین67 و همکاران، 2014). فرآیند جذب، پدیدهای است که آفتکشها را بهدلیل جاذبه بین مواد شیمیایی به ذرات خاک متصل میکند (لیو68 و همکاران، 2010؛ بوسکوویچ69 و همکاران، 2020). عوامل مختلفی از جمله Ph، میزان مواد آلی (یو70 و همکاران، 2017؛ دانگ71 و همکاران، 2013؛ رن72 و همکاران، 2011) و ساختار خاک (سی73 و همکاران، 2006) بر فرآیند جذب خاک تأثیر گذارند. خاکهای غنی از مواد آلی یا خاک رس بیشتر آفتکشها را جذب میکنند. برخی از آفتکشها ماندگاری طولانی در خاک دارند و گیاهان این ترکیبات را جذب میکنند (گائو74 و همکاران، 2008؛ دوان75 و همکاران، 2008؛ لوزوویکا76 و همکاران، 2015).
مقادیر زیادی از سموم دفع آفات در سراسر جهان به آبهای زیرزمینی نفوذ پیدا میکند و سبب آلودگی آب میشود (سینگ، 2012؛ فونتانا77 و همکاران، 2010). آبشویی آفتکشها تحتتأثیر چند عامل از جمله حلالیت و میزان نفوذپذیری خاک قرار دارد (هان78 و همکاران، 2012، کامل، 2005). هرچه نفوذپذیری خاک بیشتر باشد، پتانسیل آبشویی آفتکشها در خاک بیشتر میشود. ضریب جذب خاک (Koc) و نیمه عمر (DT50) در خاک بر شستشوی آفتکشها تأثیر دارد (کامل، 2005). علاوه بر این، سطح آبشویی آفتکش به ماندگاری آفتکش در محیط نیز بستگی دارد. حشرهکشی با ماندگاری کم احتمال آبشویی کمتری دارد (گنگ79 و همکاران، 2017). برای مثال، ایمیداکلوپرید یک آفتکش پایدار است و نیمه عمر آن در خاک، 187 روز است. تغییرات آب و هوایی از جمله میزان بارندگی سالانه و میانگین دمای سالانه، از عوامل اصلی تأثیرگذار بر آبشویی آفتکشها میباشد (سینگ، 2012). بارش یک عامل کلیدی، بر میزان آبشویی آفتکشها به آبهای زیرزمینی است (لابیت80 و همکاران، 2013). علاوه بر این، دما بر تبخیر و تعرق خاک بر آبشویی آفتکش تأثیر گذارند. بافت خاک مهمترین عاملی است که بر حرکت آفتکش در خاک تأثیر میگذارد. خواص خاک مانند بافت خاک و محتوای آلی خاک بر نفوذ آب تأثیر میگذارد و انتقال آفتکشها به آبهای زیرزمینی را تحتتأثیر قرار میدهد (کامل، 2005؛ سیجم81 و همکاران، 2007؛ او82 و همکاران، 2020). علاوه بر این، میکروارگانیسمهای بیهوازی خاک، مواد آلی و pH بهعنوان عوامل مهم مؤثر در تجزیه سموم گزارششدهاند (گنگ و همکاران، 2017).
مسئله آلودگی آب بسیار پیچیدهتر از آلودگیهوا و خاک میباشد. زیرا بسیاری از مواد جامد میتوانند در آب حل شوند و یا بهصورت معلق در آمده و به نقاط دوردست برده شوند. آفتکشها بهصورت ترکیبات محلول در آب یا چسبیده به ذرات خاک در حال فرسایش، حرکت میکنند. رواناب زمانی ایجاد میشود که سرعت آب اضافه شده به یک مزرعه آنقدر سریع باشد، که نتواند جذب خاک شود (کامل و همکاران، 2005؛ داس83 و همکاران، 2020). رواناب آفتکشها منجر به آلودگی نهرها، دریاچهها و چاهها میشود (شین و همکاران، 2014؛ اکتر84 و همکاران، 2008).
تجزیه آفتکشها
عوامل مختلفی باعث تجزیه و یا تغییر حالت سموم آفتکش میشوند. عوامل فیزیکی، شیمیایی و بیولوژیک بهعنوان سه عامل اساسی شناساییشدهاند. تجزیه یک آفتکش تحتتأثیر عوامل ذکر شده به نحوهی مصرف آفتکش و خصوصیات فیزیکی و شیمیایی آن بستگی دارد (ماریا85 و همکاران، 2017). این ترکیبات توسط عوامل میکروبی، واکنشهای شیمیایی یا نور تجزیه میشوند (تیودی و همکاران، 2021). در برخی موارد آفتکشها با واکنشهای هیدرولیز، اکسیداسیون و احیا شکسته میشوند و به ترکیبات غیر سمی تبدیل میشوند و گاهی، واکنشها سبب سمیتر شدن ترکیب اولیه سموم میشوند (طالبی جهرمی، 2007). بسته به شرایط محیطی و ویژگیهای شیمیایی آفتکش، تجزیه آن، از ساعتها تا روزها یا حتی سالها ممکن است طول بکشد (تیساشیک86 و همکاران، 2018؛ وو87 و همکاران، 2018). فرآیندهای تجزیهی آفتکشها، ماندگاری متابولیتهای مختلف سموم در خاک را تحتتأثیر قرار میدهند (طارق و نثار88، 2018). همچنین، مفهوم نیمه عمر آفتکشها را در محیطزیست ارائه میدهد (ماریه89 و همکاران، 2017). بهعنوان مثال، آفتکش کلرپیریفوس، متابولیت اصلی آن پس از تجزیه، 3، 5، 6- تری کلرو-2- پیریدینول (TCP) است که بسیار متحرکتر و سمیتر از کلریپریفوس است (ژائو90 و همکاران، 2016). کلرپیریفوس و محصولات حاصل از تجزیه آن اغلب در خاک، رسوبات و آبهای زیرزمینی در بسیاری از مناطق شناساییشدهاند (یوای91 و همکاران، 2017). تجزیه میکروبی آفتکشها توسط میکروارگانیسمهایی مانند قارچها و باکتریها صورتمیگیرد (هان و همکاران، 2012). عوامل محیطی از جمله اکسیژن، دما، رطوبت خاک، pH و ساختار خاک بر تجزیه میکروبی آفتکشها تأثیر میگذارد (سوء92 و همکاران، 2016؛ کیان93 و همکاران، 2017). طیف گستردهای از باکتریها از جمله آلکالیژنز، فلاووباکتریوم، سودوموناس و رودوکوکوس، آفتکشها را متابولیزه میکنند (آیسلبی و لوید جونز94، 1995).

مسیر اصلی تجزیه نیکوزامید در محیط، میکروارگانیسمهای هوازی و بیهوازی است که توانایی بالایی در تجزیه این ترکیب دارند (لو95 و همکاران، 2018).
استراتژیهای کاهش باقیمانده آفتکشها
آلودگی و آثار نامطلوب آفتکشها یکی از چالشهای مهم محیط زیستی است که امروزه تغییرات آب و هوایی بهدلیل افزایش هجوم آفات، بر این مشکل دامن زده است که خطر وجود باقیمانده آفتکشها در محصولات کشاورزی، تهدید موجودات غیر هدف و آلودگیهای محیط زیستی را در پی دارد. زیستشناسی و اکولوژی حشرات آفات، به ویژهی گونههای مهاجم، تحتتأثیر، متغیرهای آب و هوایی قرار دارد و میتواند مشکل خسارت آفات در فرآیند تولید، پر رنگتر کند و چالش بزرگی برای امنیت غذایی در سراسر جهان ایجاد کند، همچنین مصرف سموم را بیش از پیش افزایش دهد (اسکندژیک96 و همکاران، 2021؛ رفیعی و همکاران، 2023). توسعه روشهای مدیریت تلفیقی آفات (IPM)97 در چارچوب مفهوم کشاورزی پایدار، راهکاری مؤثر برای کاهش اثرات نامطلوب سموم شیمیایی است (کیم و همکاران، 2017). مدیریت تلفیقی آفات رویکردی است که با ترکیب روشهای مختلف کنترل، بهدنبال مدیریت بلندمدت آفات و کاهش استفاده از حشرهکشها است. این روش مبتنی بر نظارت و پایش جمعیت دائم آفات، کنترل زیستی آفات (شکارگر، پارازیتها و پارازیتوئیدها)، استفاده از روشهای کنترل زراعی (تناوب محصول، کشت ارقام مقاوم،...)، استفاده از روشهای فیزیکی و در نهایت کنترل شیمیایی فقط در صورت لزوم و بهصورت هدفمند است (اورتون و همکاران، 2023؛ دگوین98 و همکاران، 2021). در صورتی که روشهای مختلف مبارزه و مدیریت آفات در غالب یک برنامه مشخص و هدفمند اعمال شوند، آفتکشها به یک سلاح کارآمد، مقرون به صرفه و مؤثر در سیستمهای تولید محصولات کشاورزی تبدیل میشوند (النگباوی و همکاران، 2021).
تولید و طراحی آفتکشهای کمخطر، مؤثر و سازگار با محیطزیست (EcoSMART)، که بهسرعت تجزیه میشوند و باقیمانده کمتری در محیط بهجای میگذارند، روش دیگری برای مقابله با چالش اثرات نامطلوب سموم شیمیایی است، این ترکیبات در دوزهای بسیار کم، مؤثر هستند و بهصورت انتخابی در کنترل آفات عمل میکنند و برای گونههای غیر هدف، سمی نیستند (یومتسو و شیرای99، 2020). آفتکشهای زیستی (Biopesticide)، جایگزین مناسبی برای سموم شیمیایی هستند. این آفتکشها که شامل میکروارگانیسمهای زنده یا فرآوردههای آنها میباشند، بهعنوان جزئی از برنامههای مدیریت تلفیقی آفات محسوب میشوند (گلار100 و همکاران، 2012).
تولید محصولات مقاوم به آفات از طریق انتقال ژن و کشت گیاهان دارای پروتئینهای سمی و مهارکنندههای آنزیمهای آفات، نقش بسیار مهمی در بهکارگیری کنترل شیمیایی دارد (رفیعی و همکاران، 2018 ؛ گیتهاوس101 و همکاران، 2011). تولید گیاهان بیانکنندهی ژن لکتین و انواع مختلف مهارکنندههای پروتئاز، میتواند راهکاری برای کاهش خسارات آفات باشد (امیری102 و همکاران، 2019؛ رفیعی و همکاران، 2016). کشت این محصولات، استفاده از مواد شیمیایی و در نهایت اثرات منفی کاربرد آنها را کاهش میدهد (تیودی و همکاران، 2021). همچنین تکنیکهای 103RNAi و-Cas 9 Crispr راهکارهای جدیدی برای مقابله با آفات ارائه میدهد (باستان و رفیعی، 2020). با استفاده از تکنیک RNAi بیان ژنهای هدف کاهش مییابد و با تغییر ویژگیهای خاصی در گیاه سبب القای مقاومت نسبت آفات میشود (کاساکوئرتا104 و همکاران، 2015).
برای مقابله با آفات، استفاده مناسب از خدمات فناوری اطلاعات در کاهش میزان مصرف و افزایش بهرهوری آفتکشها جایگاه ویژهای دارد. استفاده از فناوریها و تجهیزات دقیق برای سمپاشی میتواند سبب کاهش پراکندگی این ترکیبات و کاهش تأثیر بر موجودات غیر هدف شود. تکنیکهایی مانند سیستمهای سمپاشی هدایت شده توسط (GPS) سبب پاشش هوشمندانه آفتکشها و دستیابی به این هدف میشود (لاک105 و همکاران، 2010).
ارزیابی خطرات بالقوه آفتکش به کاهش اثرات آنها بر موجودات غیر هدف و محیطزیست کمک میکند (ایامارینو و همکاران، 2022). یکی از مسائل مهم مربوط به ایمنی مواد غذایی عدم هماهنگی جهانی قوانین مصرف آفتکشها و استانداردهای ایمنی است. حداکثر مجاز باقیماندة آفتکش106، در محصولات کشاورزی در زمان برداشت، بهطور قابل توجهی در کشورهای توسعه یافته و در حال توسعه متفاوت است (رفیعی و همکاران، 2016). همچنین، رعایت دوره پیش برداشت107 جهت افزایش ایمنی محصولات کشاورزی بسیار اهمیت دارد. از اینرو سیستمهای نظارتی جهت بررسی دقیق مقادیر باقیمانده میتواند نقش قابل توجهی در ارتقا سطح سلامت جامعه داشتهباشد (کوبیاک-هاردیمن108 و همکاران، 2022، رفیعی و همکاران، 2019). بقایای آفتکشها به روشهای طیفسنجی، ایمونوشیمی، زیستسنجی و کروماتوگرافی اندازهگیری میشوند (طالبی جهرمی، 2007). بهطور کلی، مراحل اندازهگیری آفتکشها در هر نمونه شامل: نمونهبرداری109، استخراج110، خالصسازی111، جداسازی و شناخت کمی و کیفی112 است. برای هر نوع آفتکش، روش استخراج خاصی عنوان شدهاست (رفیعی و همکاران، 2022). از روشهای نوینی مانند بهکارگیری کارتریجهای فاز جامد113 و میکرو استخراج فاز جامد114 نیز بهمنظور خالصسازی سموم استفاده میشود (رفیعی و همکاران، 2016). برای شناسایی مقادیر کمی آفتکشها از روشهای تشخیصی متعددی بر اساس ویژگیهای شیمیایی، فیزیکی و بیولوژیکی استفاده شدهاست. بدون شک متداولترین روش جداسازی تجزیهای، کروماتوگرافی است. کروماتوگرافی لایهنازک، کروماتوگرافی گازی (GC)115، کروماتوگرافی مایع با کارایی بالا (HPLC)116، روشهای کروماتوگرافی همراه با آشکارسازهای طیفسنجی جرمی (MS)117، اطلاعات کمی در مورد باقیمانده سموم با دقت بالا ارائه میدهد (راوتانی118 و همکاران، 2018). امروزه از روش طیفسنجی مادونقرمز نزدیک (NIR)119، بهعنوان یک تکنیک ساده، قابلاعتماد و ارزان، نیز برای سنجش باقیمانده آفتکشها استفاده میکنند (لسکواچ و پتروویچ120 و همکاران، 2023). برای تعیین همزمان باقیمانده چند آفتکش از روش استخراج QuEChERS و روشهای GC-MS/MS،HPLC و LC-MS/MS استفاده میشود (رفیعی و همکاران، 2022). با ردیابی و تخمین دقیق بقایای سموم در محصولات کشاورزی و مواد غذایی، همین طور در محیطزیست میتوان مخاطراتی را که این ترکیبات شیمیایی میتوانند ایجاد کنند ارزیابی کرد و با بهکارگیری روشهای کاهش باقیمانده سموم از این آثار نامطلوب کاست. فرآوری مواد غذایی بهصورت تجاری و خانگی، همچنین کاربرد انواع مختلفی از مواد شیمیایی میتواند سبب کاهش باقیماندهی آفتکشها شود. برای مثال دیاکسید کلر میتواند باقیمانده، آفتکش آلدرین را حذف کند و متوکسیکلر علفکشهایی مانند پاراکوات و دیکوات در عرض چند دقیقه در pH بالاتر از 8 از بین میبرد (مدینا121 و همکاران، 2021). همچنین، استفاده از فناوریهای جدید مانند پلاسمای سرد، میدان پالس الکتریکی، فشار هیدرو استاتیک و فراصوت، روشهای نوینی برای کاهش باقیمانده سموم و در نتیجه کاهش آثار نامطلوب این ترکیبات هستند (میر122 و همکاران، 2022).
کلیه مراحل تولید، ثبت و کاربرد یک آفتکش باید دقیق مورد نظارت قرار گیرد تا از کیفیت محصول تجاری و ایمنی آن برای سلامت انسان، موجودات غیر هدف و همچنین محیطزیست اطمینان حاصل شود. این بررسیها شامل تجزیه و تحلیل باقیمانده این ترکیبات و ارزیابی خطر آنها و مدیریت خطرات آنهاست (وو و همکاران، 2022).
آفتکشها، اغلب بدون توجه به حضور، شناسایی دقیق و میزان خسارت آفت مورد استفاده قرار میگیرند. کشاورزان اغلب بر اساس یک برنامه ثابت زمانی و گاه تقلیدی بهعنوان پیشگیری از بروز آفات سمپاشی را انجام میدهند. نظارت بر استفاده آگاهانه و دقیقتر آفتکشها سبب کاهش مصرف بی رویه این سموم میشود، همچنین افزایش آگاهی کشاورزان از مخاطرات آفتکشها میتواند نقش بازدارنده در مصرف این سموم داشتهباشد (رفیعی و همکاران، 2016).
هدف نهایی کشاورزی پایدار تولید مقادیر کافی غذا، اطمینان از کیفیت، حفظ طولانی مدت منابع طبیعی و ایمنی مصرفکنندگان است. جهت دستیابی به این امر به حداقل رساندن استفاده از آفتکشها و ترویج کاهش مصرف سموم بسیار اهمیت دارد. از این رو در این مقاله مروری به بخش قابل توجهی از مطالعات در زمینهی اثرات نامطلوب باقیمانده آفتکشها و راهکارهای مؤثر کاهش مصرف این سموم پرداخته شد. انواع راهکارها یک رویکرد را برای کنترل آفات ترویج میدهد که با اعمال مدیریت تلفیقی آفات توسط کشاورزان، آلودگیهای محیط زیستی آفتکشها کاهش مییابد و موجودات غیر هدف از آثار این سموم حفظ شده و سلامت جامعه ارتقا مییابد.
