چکیده مقاله :
کارآفرینی روستایی بهعنوان ابزاری برای توسعه مناطق روستایی شناخته شده است زیرا با ایجاد مشاغل جدید و افزایش شرایط اقتصادی در روستاها مرتبط است. بنابراین هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی چالشها و موانع پیشروی کارآفرینان در روستاهای مرزی شهرستان زابل میباشد. روش بررسی این پژوهش پیمایشی و با استفاده از پرسشنامه میباشد. محدوده مورد بررسی در پژوهش حاضر، با استفاده از نرمافزار ArcGIS مشخص شد و با تعیین مرزهای ایران و افغانستان، 111 روستا واقع در شش دهستان در این منطقه شناسایی شد. همچنین، برطبق فرمول کوکران 347 نفر بهعنوان نمونه از طریق روش نمونهگیری خوشهای و تصادفی انتخاب شدهاند. جهت سنجش پایایی پرسشنامه از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ و برای سنجش اعتبار پرسشنامه از روش اعتبار صوری و سازه استفاده شده است و دادهها به کمک دو نرمافزار SPSS و Amos Graphics مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج تحقیق نشان میدهد که عواملی همچون چالش اقتصادی، آموزشی، زیرساختی و سیاستگذاری بر روند کارآفرینی اثرگذار میباشد. بیشترین نقش و تأثیر در این زمینه در ارتباط با شاخصهای اقتصادی با وزن رگرسیونی استاندارد شده برابر (213/0) در سطح معناداری 003/0 میباشد. بنابراین، نقش موانع اقتصادی نظیر بالابودن سود تسهیلات بانکی، بالابودن هزینه تولید، عدم کفایت سرمایه شخصی، ارزش کمارز ملی و قاچاق غیرقابل انکار بوده و تأثیر شگرفی بر عدم توسعۀ کارآفرینی دارد. همچنین پس از آن علل آموزشی با ضریب (191/0) نظیر: ضعف مراکز آموزشی، عدم وجود دانش کارآفرینی در مردم و مسئولین، عدم وجود تحقیقات کاربردی و مراکز آموزشی مناسب نظیر دانشگاه بیشترین تأثیر بر روندکارآفرینی در مناطق روستایی شهرستان زابل داشته است.
Rural entrepreneurship is recognized as a key tool for the development of rural areas, as it is associated with job creation and the improvement of economic conditions in villages. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the challenges and obstacles faced by entrepreneurs in the border villages of Zabul city. The research method is survey-based, utilizing a structured questionnaire. The study area was identified using ArcGIS software by mapping the borders of Iran and Afghanistan, resulting in the identification of 111 villages located within six rural districts. Based on Cochran’s formula, 347 individuals were selected through random cluster sampling. To assess the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha test was employed. Face validity and construct validity were also examined to evaluate the instrument’s validity. Data analysis was performed using SPSS and AMOS Graphics software. The research findings indicate that economic, educational, infrastructural, and policy-related challenges significantly impact the entrepreneurial process. Among these, economic factors play the most prominent role, with a standardized regression weight of 0.213 at a significance level of 0.003. Consequently, economic barriers—such as high bank loan interest rates, elevated production costs, insufficient personal capital, depreciation of the national currency, and smuggling—are undeniable and have a profound impact on the lack of entrepreneurial development.
